The companies we work for naturally form servitors or thought forms that become the business itself over time and with enough energies from employees.
This is not bad till you understand that these thought forms will do whatever it takes to survive which means cording , using hooks and forming unhealthy attachments and feeding off of employees. And on top of that energetically speaking the thought form would have control over your life path as it pays you and that's how you survive .
It paints a picture of mankind being controlled by thoughtforms that control human lives through work.
We all just except this is a normal part of life but non of are seeing the chains it puts on us.
If you look closely at medieval British architecture—old churches, barns, or 17th-century houses—you’ll often find geometric shapes scratched near doorways and fireplaces. They’re called apotropaic marks or "witches' marks," and they show a pretty literal interpretation of how spiritual protection was handled back then.
The main logic came down to threshold protection. King James I, who published Daemonologie in 1597, pushed the belief that spirits and witches could enter buildings through any opening air could pass through. That’s why these carvings aren't random; they are concentrated around door frames, window sills, and especially hearths, since chimneys were essentially wide-open holes to the sky.
The most common symbol you'll see is the Daisy Wheel, or Hexafoil—a circle with overlapping petals drawn with a single continuous line. The idea was that a wandering entity would get drawn to the pattern, try to follow the line to find its end, and get trapped in an endless loop. It was basically a geometric spirit trap.
This went beyond houses, too. In 2019, hundreds of these marks were cataloged inside the Creswell Crags caves in England. They weren't placed on plain walls, but carved directly over dark crevices, deep rock cracks, and holes—literally treating physical gaps in the earth as doorways for spirits that needed to be sealed with symbols like VV (Virgin of Virgins).
Coming from the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern side of things, it’s interesting how universal this threshold-protection impulse is. Whether it’s carving a geometric wheel into an oak beam in Kent, or hanging wild rue and evil eye charms over a doorway in Anatolia, people always felt the need to lock down the physical gaps.
I'm new to the occult practices and currently i'm allover the place with my curiosity .
I want to read many books and try many things but for the beginning i was thinking to start with Psalm Magick. This feels safer to me (im open to your opinion on my choice).
But now i wonder if i need a certain Psalm Book, i wonder if only certain books have the psalms correctly written.
Can you please recommend me a trustworthy source for the psalms?
Is this practice supernatural? It is magick? Or is it just a sort of life philosophy and spiritual outlook? I see such a mixed bag of posts that it's hard to tell.
Also, anyone have a decent core reading list? The wiki just links to archives containing thousands of books.
Please don't hate me. I am just a curious observer and thought I'd ask.
Hi everyone. I am almost a complete ignorant about the occult but i started to read abt different systems a few months ago.
The thing is i started to see the number 72 everywhere, a few times a day (at this moment, for example, my last coment has 72 upvotes, is unbelievable)
I know abt 72 demons and 72 angels but which one? Both?
I was thinking on buying a tarot deck and see if it can help me decode this
What else could mean this number? Whatever info slightly on topic is very appreciated.
Hey guys, I found a photo of an initiation contract from a French Masonic lodge. I noticed that there was some Hebrew writing and the star on it, and it made me wonder, is Freemasonry connected to the Jewish religion?
I’ll leave the photo here—let me know what you think.
Edit: Thanks for all the replies. I just wanted to add that the photo comes from a french pianist and composer who was freemason and mysteriously died falling from the balcon of he’s friend house in Switzerland after exposing free masonry he’s name is “Stephane Blet” like is write on the picture
Curious how people say they prayed once or twice or did a ritual and their deities or spirits answered their calls? Like someone had a court case and they were going to go to jail, but avoided that. Or if someone needed money and they won the lottery? Or if someone was really ill and then they got better? Are their rituals or prayers stronger? Or they are someone's favorite?
Has anyone here worked with Botis through Corwin Hargrove's Goetia Pathworking book, specifically for reconciliation or breaking no contact?
I've used pathworkings before, but it's been a while, and I'm considering working with Botis. I'd love to hear about your experiences. how you phrased your request, how long it took (if you saw results), and whether you felt Botis was a good fit for this kind of situation.
I'm not looking for guarantees, just interested in hearing real experiences and any advice you'd be willing to share. Thanks!
I am at a dilemma where i want change the scale when i am inside of it not when i am becoming the observer. Is there any way to do this??
It feels like there’s some kind of scale running underneath everything. Not karma exactly, but something along those lines. Whatever I do, it seems I can only change the kind of scale I’m on, never the mechanism itself.
The answer I keep coming back to is to disidentify. Step back and just watch it. “I am not the body. I am not the mind. I’m not on the scale.” I’ve already done that. It works, but it feels like giving up the thing I actually wanted, which is leverage over the scale, not just peace with it.
So the my question is: can you change how the fulcrum works while you’re still in the swing? While you’re still identified with the pendulum, still invested, still caring about the outcome?
Or is stepping outside as the observer the only way anyone has ever managed to touch the mechanism?
Is there a tradition, occult or otherwise, that claims you can change it from within rather than from above? Or is the truth simply that you can only gain leverage from outside, never from within, and my resistance to that is the thing I actually need to work on?
I've come across a statement that even if nothing happens during a ritual, it's always important to debrief, as otherwise, you could leave a portal open and negative consequences could occur. Can anyone with experience with such practices comment on whether this is actually the case?
Hey all. Was in a shop today inquiring about Abre Camino. The young lady was a lil cocky in telling me “there is no actual road opener herb, the name just means road opener” I think she was trying to be helpful but in the moment kind of came across like a know it all.
My real question is, is thoroughwort not Abre Camino/road opener?
Wanted to know if deities can be invoked for masturbation to gain any blessing. Or perhaps how to use solo pleasure for manifesting. And also please recommend some more books on sex magic as well.
Is the middle pillar ritual a form of meditation and if so does it replace it? Or do I still have to do regular meditation such as mindfulness or the 4 fold breathe?
Hey guys, I'm new here. I figured there's no place better than reddit to get opinions and experiences on stuff like this.
Lately, I got really interested in the Key of Solomon and what it offers. Of course, I know with stuff like this, it's usually best to use it for good, and I would like to see what it can offer me in life. I don't mean having an unfair advantage or whatever. More like, when I do the work, and the part of it you can't control, like luck or chance, will be "handled" by this, if that makes sense.
But of course this comes with great risk, that I'm willing to take if it means removing rut I am in right now with regards to life.
Does anybody use planetary magick in a baneful way? Malefic and benefic planets? With talismans, squares, etc. I don't see much pertaining to this anywhere, mostly just protective or positive things (which are great).
I've had a rough few years, tooth and jaw issues and a pretty gnarly neck issue. Unfortunately all the treatment that will work for me is totally out of pocket and I've been looking for a job for 3 years while on the mend and it's taking its toll. Are there workings for like healing, finances and life purpose rolled into one? Do I try separate ones? I'm working on the issues by practical means and will continue to but it's been too long
