[MLB Network] Mark DeRosa on Misiorowski load managment: "prove to me that this ever works, track record says these guys all blow out. How about instead of pitching 101, 102, learn to pitch at 98 and 99. Maybe that will keep him healthier"

Mets rookie pitcher Zac (formerly Zach) Thornton on why he got rid of the 'H' at the end of his first name: “I never understood what the ‘H’ really did at the end of it. My whole life, I’ve always wanted Zac and I’ve always written it down like that."

As Kyle Schwarber is continuing to mash this season, very few have noticed he already has 150 K's and a 34.8% K rate, well on his way to breaking the all time single season strikeouts record if he keeps this up.
If a certain Jacob Misiorowski didn't pitch in the NL, Schwarber would essentially have 50-50 odds of being the first hitter to strike out more than the leading pitcher in their league (Sanchez has 151 K's and just had a start)

23 year old Jasson Dominguez is the longest tenured Yankee in today’s starting lineup
This is not including the SP Gerrit Cole. lineup with debut year:
Trent Grisham (2024)
Ben Rice (2024)
Spencer Jones (2026)
Cody Bellinger (2025)
Jasson Dominguez (9/1/2023)*
Jazz Chisholm jr (2024)
Jose Caballero (2025)
Ryan McMahon (2025)
Austin Wells (2023)*
Both Wells and Dominguez debuted on 9/1/23 in Houston so the Yankees batted first and Dominguez got his ml debut AB in the first inning (HR off Justin Verlander) and Wells got his debut when he took the field in the bottom of the first.
