I know retail is hell and not relaxing but what retail job store would you recommend working at😊

So the manager left a voicemail saying I passed my background check and sent me a link for a job offer. I haven’t received any link on my emails and I logged in to their portal, I didn’t see any links on it. I am confused I tried reaching out the store but I cannot seem to reach the Manager. Anyone who works at ross where can I access the link that I can fill up my information?
