These are my tests 11dpo, also got a positive digital this morning. Just looking for some reassurance as last month I had positive tests like this and it ended up being a chemical 🥺

Tired of “I just knew!”

Upvotes

We’ve been ttc for about a year now. When we first started I would talk myself into thinking my pms/mid luteal phase symptoms were early pregnancy symptoms. Inevitably when I got my period I would be so sad and I’ve started to not let myself do that as much.

I recently had two days of weird nausea and headaches that came and went on Day 17/18 of my cycle. I’m about a week away from when my period should start now (day 20).

The nausea is gone and I keep telling myself that it was probably just a luteal phase thing with my normal hormone level shifting and causing that. Or a migraine or something.

I’m not feeling anything else now. No nausea, no fatigue, no sore boobs.

I always see posts/stories on how people just “knew” they were pregnant. They had a weird symptom or something where they “knew.”

So now I just have it in my head that if I don’t have a moment where I have a sign, an “I just knew” then I’m not pregnant.

Looking for people who didn’t “just know” and were pregnant after trying for a while with no success. I guess I just want some hope that waiting until your missed period can lack signs or symptoms so I don’t spend every cycle hopeless when I feel nothing different.

Officially TTC in November!

Upvotes

Hi everyone! 🤍
My husband and I are officially planning to start trying for our first baby in November, and I’m so excited (and honestly a little overwhelmed 😭).
I don’t really know anyone who’s intentionally tried for a baby, so I feel like I’m going into this without much guidance. I’ve been doing some research on my own, but I’d love to hear from people who have actually been through it.
If you could go back to before you started trying, what would you tell yourself? Is there anything you wish you had done differently or known ahead of time? Whether it’s tracking ovulation, prenatal vitamins, lifestyle changes, doctor’s appointments, products that were actually worth buying, or things that turned out to be unnecessary, I’d love to hear it all.
We’ll be using donor sperm, so our journey might look a little different, but I’m hoping to spend the next few months preparing as much as I can.
Thank you in advance! I’m really looking forward to learning from everyone here. 🤍

Just a question!

Hi!! I have a quick question. I am 26 years old, and me and my husband have been trying to conceive for about 9 months. I am 12 dpo today & cycle day 27. probably tmi - Yesterday, I started having some pinkish/brownish spotting only when I wipe. it’s not every single time, but most times and it’s super light. I never spot before my period. I have had sore breasts for about a week and today have noticed some cramping. I took a pregnancy test this morning, but it was negative :( am i out this cycle?? any advice?

I want to stop please help me

Im 23 and my husband is 30
We have been ttc for 3 months now. I know its still soon but this feels so stressful. I went from reallyyyy not wanting a baby to now wanting one so bad that I feel like this is all I think about as soon as I get any free time.

My husbands advise? Basically if youre stressed then stop stressing 😂 but this has been 3 months and I read on here so much peoples stories who have been trying for 6,7,8,9+ months and honestly just thinking of it gives me anxiety.

I cant stop thinking of telling my mum and my MIL and my friends that im pregnant. I know pathetic. But I cant stop imagining what its like to get a positive and to be pregnant and have a baby even though im absolutely terrified of child birth. I just think ahead and fantasise of all the things coming. But i want to stop.

I want to stop stressing, i dont even know how to deal with stress to begin with. I want to take on a “it happens when it happens” approach but this is so extremely hard.

I havent cried just yet but I have come close many times😂 but i dont want to be like this!!! I want to enjoy this and enjoy my life before the baby comes because it will never be the same but I dont know how to.

Please help me and advise and share your experience. 🥺

Fertility Tests

I got my IUD out in October 2025 but really starting timing our cycles for the last 2 and AF came yesterday. I know this is extremely early on but I am a planner and have extreme control issues and OCD. Because of this, my husband is going to get a semen analysis and I just asked for bloodwork from my doctor and am going tomorrow (CD3). I feel like this will help me to relax having these answers but I’m just wondering other people’s experiences with getting testing done. Is it worth it this early on or will we need to schedule a follow up with our doctors to fully understand the results? Just looking for advice from other people who have gotten these done. My doctor ordered Free T4, TSH, HGB A1C, LH, FSH, Estradiol and AMH. Is there anything I’m missing?

10 DPO & Negative Wondfo Test

Post image
1 Upvotes

10DPO wondfo test was negative this morning, and not going to lie after seeing so many people getting positives 8-10DPO I do feel out. Hoping to hear some success stories from people testing with early response test (10 mIU/ML or less) and getting a negative 10DPO but positive later. My period is supposed to start this weekend and my temp is different than it ever has been, with some cramping and back pain symptoms.

Prenatals before conceiving

Im not sure this is the right group so i apologize if not.

So I just recently learned i should be taking prenatals despite not being pregnant.. i am severely allergic to sea food and im kinda at a loss. Every vegan option seems to have issues with it, whether its heavy metals, not the right amount of nutrients, doesnt have all the necessary nutrients or is extremely expensive. Are the expensive ones worth it? Brand suggestions?

Early testing

I know everything tells you that you should wait till at least 12 DPO to test, but I feel like I see SO many 8 DPO and 9 DPO faint positives.

If I take a test on 9 DPO and it is STARK negative, I mean white as paper, should I consider myself out? Even some of the 11 DPO or 10 DPO test I see that are faints, I think to myself that I bet they would have had a squinter on 9DPO. Am I just insane? Or impatient?

What are some of your methods to keep from testing too early out of excitement or anxiety?

Only 3rd cycle TTC, but somehow already feeling burnt out.

Is it worth it to try AI?

I’d like to do an at home insemination on myself. I’d like to be a single mother by choice. Do you guys think it’s worth it? Fertility doctors are pretty expensive.

Symptoms

Edit: the reason I ask, i always feel like I hear people say the month they didn’t have their typical pre menstrual symptoms was the month they were pregnant.

Hi everyone,

I’m only 5DPO today. This is our first cycle actually trying as our 2 year old was a complete whoopsie.

Obviously I’m well aware implantation has not happened yet. My question is, is it normal to feel my normal pre period symptoms and still have a chance?

Right after ovulation until my cycle starts I always get lower back pain and cramps. That’s how I feel currently.

Which ovulation date is likely more accurate?

For more context I got my positive ovulation test the day before the temp dip on 22 and my peak the day of that large temp dip on 23

Night shift and BBT

Hello, I work night shift 3x a week and would like to start testing my BBT next cycle. Does anyone have suggestions on when I should test? Like check temp after waking up regardless of the time? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
