I want to stop please help me

Im 23 and my husband is 30
We have been ttc for 3 months now. I know its still soon but this feels so stressful. I went from reallyyyy not wanting a baby to now wanting one so bad that I feel like this is all I think about as soon as I get any free time.

My husbands advise? Basically if youre stressed then stop stressing 😂 but this has been 3 months and I read on here so much peoples stories who have been trying for 6,7,8,9+ months and honestly just thinking of it gives me anxiety.

I cant stop thinking of telling my mum and my MIL and my friends that im pregnant. I know pathetic. But I cant stop imagining what its like to get a positive and to be pregnant and have a baby even though im absolutely terrified of child birth. I just think ahead and fantasise of all the things coming. But i want to stop.

I want to stop stressing, i dont even know how to deal with stress to begin with. I want to take on a “it happens when it happens” approach but this is so extremely hard.

I havent cried just yet but I have come close many times😂 but i dont want to be like this!!! I want to enjoy this and enjoy my life before the baby comes because it will never be the same but I dont know how to.

Please help me and advise and share your experience. 🥺

These are my tests 11dpo, also got a positive digital this morning. Just looking for some reassurance as last month I had positive tests like this and it ended up being a chemical 🥺

Prenatals before conceiving

Im not sure this is the right group so i apologize if not.

So I just recently learned i should be taking prenatals despite not being pregnant.. i am severely allergic to sea food and im kinda at a loss. Every vegan option seems to have issues with it, whether its heavy metals, not the right amount of nutrients, doesnt have all the necessary nutrients or is extremely expensive. Are the expensive ones worth it? Brand suggestions?

Tired of “I just knew!”

Upvotes

We’ve been ttc for about a year now. When we first started I would talk myself into thinking my pms/mid luteal phase symptoms were early pregnancy symptoms. Inevitably when I got my period I would be so sad and I’ve started to not let myself do that as much.

I recently had two days of weird nausea and headaches that came and went on Day 17/18 of my cycle. I’m about a week away from when my period should start now (day 20).

The nausea is gone and I keep telling myself that it was probably just a luteal phase thing with my normal hormone level shifting and causing that. Or a migraine or something.

I’m not feeling anything else now. No nausea, no fatigue, no sore boobs.

I always see posts/stories on how people just “knew” they were pregnant. They had a weird symptom or something where they “knew.”

So now I just have it in my head that if I don’t have a moment where I have a sign, an “I just knew” then I’m not pregnant.

Looking for people who didn’t “just know” and were pregnant after trying for a while with no success. I guess I just want some hope that waiting until your missed period can lack signs or symptoms so I don’t spend every cycle hopeless when I feel nothing different.

I have started tracking with strips, and it is weirdly so satisfying seeing it slowly darken, anyone else enjoy watching it darken?

Officially TTC in November!

Hi everyone! 🤍
My husband and I are officially planning to start trying for our first baby in November, and I’m so excited (and honestly a little overwhelmed 😭).
I don’t really know anyone who’s intentionally tried for a baby, so I feel like I’m going into this without much guidance. I’ve been doing some research on my own, but I’d love to hear from people who have actually been through it.
If you could go back to before you started trying, what would you tell yourself? Is there anything you wish you had done differently or known ahead of time? Whether it’s tracking ovulation, prenatal vitamins, lifestyle changes, doctor’s appointments, products that were actually worth buying, or things that turned out to be unnecessary, I’d love to hear it all.
We’ll be using donor sperm, so our journey might look a little different, but I’m hoping to spend the next few months preparing as much as I can.
Thank you in advance! I’m really looking forward to learning from everyone here. 🤍
