These 2 pairs each have striking similarities. To me each pair respectively feels like premium vs budget versions of a singular knife.

Which would you recommend to someone, the xarilk gen 3 for $85 or the tsprof pioneer while it’s on sale for $250? I’m thinking the tsprof is the better choice while it’s on sale, since it comes with a set of tsprof stones & a table clamp. I’ve seen mostly positive feedback on the xarilk but I have seen some people having issues with it. If I get the xarilk, I would be buying a set of stones from somewhere else too while I’m comfortable using the stones that come with the tsprof for a while.

Interested in feedback from people who have used both systems.

Knife cuts cleanly through Mac n cheese membranous barrier. Ready to microwave now. Glad I opted for the S90V.

I know many are not in the Benchmade camp, which I get, but I splurged, and when I opened the box I was in love. :) Really very pleased with what i got in this one. So light and still has the feel of solidity and heft. Nice knife.

This switchblade I found in the other room a while back just got badly damaged. I’ve tried every angle of google lens but I just can’t find anything like it. It doesn’t seem authentic because it’s made in china. Also, it has the word “racing” on it with a logo and the logo takes me to some “mechanics” company in Chicago.

If anyone has info on how I could obtain one or possibly replicate it please let me know.

Do you plan on it being a user or just a collector piece? I got the DLC model and plan on putting mine thru its paces.

Not my first knife but the first knife I started carrying with me daily back in 2020. Carried this everyday for about 4 years, lost it and found it under my car hood by the windshield wipers. Even after a few months in SoCal summer weather the blade had some minor rust spots. She got her first sharpening just recently after owning this for 6 years😂but she is still going strong, spring still swinging this open as strong as day one.

This is a SOG SCUBA / DEMO.

I just think the way it looks is incredible. Sadly, it has been discontinued in 2008. The only one i found on the market was sold for 1000 bucks in my country. (Around 1200$)

I personnaly have the SOG 2.0 bowie and i LOVE it but it is far to be as cool as this one.

Do someone knows any brand that sell a similar knife ? I get that this is a pretty unique design and likely not. I wish they would make it again ! (And im sure you'd like it too)!

I'm looking for a new EDC knife and would love some recommendations. I really like the look of traditional Italian knives, especially things like the LionSteel/MKM style.

What I'm looking for:

• Elegant, classic appearance (not tactical-looking)
• Wood scales, micarta are okay too
• Locking
• Must be two-hand opening, I live in Germany, knife laws are weird out here
• Screw construction is a must, I love taking apart my knives
• Good fit and finish things like crowned backsprings, polished liners, nice machining, and other small details really appeal to me
• Something that is actually usable for EDC

Budget is roughly around €100–200

What would you recommend?

So I knew that my dad collected pistols but the 100+ collection of knives that he left me and my brother was completely out of left field. I've successfully IDed the majority of the collection but trying to figure out whether these remaining sets are worth any really value or just worth holding on to.

Does anything here look familiar to you all? TIA.

I got it some years ago, in an antique shop, no description in particular, it looked old, the handle is made of horn, but other than that I don't know where it came from, what country is it from and all that, can someone help with that?

I always where gloves while using a pocket knife so i won't accidentally poke myself and be bleeding.
