We received a really great idea from u/heavymetalsculpture for a new sticky thread- Review Requests. We have a very large userbase here who have all tried LOADS of knives, so why not crowdsource reviews and feedback for a knife you might be interested in buying! A lot of youtubers / instagram pages, while attempting to be unbiased, often have some bias because they're getting samples for free etc. People on here are very unlikely to have that bias and are more likely to provide honest feedback on a knife.
This thread will remain stickied and fairly moderated- top level comments will only be permitted to be requests for reviews and feedback for certain knives, and users who have actually owned / handled the knife are greatly encourage to provide absolutely honest feedback on the knife in question.
Please only post here with requests for reviews, or to provide feedback on top level comments with a review of the knife in question!

I used to be a carbon fiber guy (still kinda am), but I’ve been really into titanium lately. What needs to be added here? Hahaha

Took some scotch-brite to my full size Arius. Brushed the hardware, edges and chamfers of the scales, clip, and backspacer. Still left some of the blue accents in there. Pretty subtle changes but enough to make it a bit different. Loving how it turned out!

Shadacious mods: just completed the “backspacer eliminator” operation with standoffs from RGT. Eliminates a bit of weight and makes it easier to clean. I prefer the open back look. This Shadacious was my test bed, and I may do it on the others soon

Very impressed with the Neutron 2 so far, this thing is crazy good. I love PB washers so much, I can already tell this will break in beautifully.

I’ve got this RAT 1.5. To my understanding, all 1.5s are 3.25” of magnacut steel. Ergos are solid, very locked in, full fisted grip with a jimped thumb ramp to choke up with. T10 pivot screw with T6 everywhere else.
The knife is good, very solid structurally, the standard RAT ergos combined with textured G10, give a very secure, no slip grip. The grip however is a bit tight, and with the placement of thumb studs, and stiff lock bar, not very workable with gloves on.
The edge grind is even and sharp. Action is good, snaps open well, though the detent is a bit soft, and the lock bar as mentioned, is stiff.
The texture G10 is grippy, though maybe too much so. Feels a bit like sand paper going into the pocket.
Steel hardness lab treated the magnacut in the RAT 1.5 at 63.7, a very good rating, and probably better than anyone would expect for a sub $100 knife.
For the steel and quality of heat treat is always in a league of its own for value. The rest of the package however is not particularly impressive. Not much for Polish here, edges on the liner are sharp, in a world of T8, T6 screws feel fragile and highly prone to stripping against steel liners.
Good overall value, but not really a budget knife at $95, and I would prefer the finish and over all quality of the Kershaw Bel Air at $126 (current Amazon price).
