Dysphoria Make breasts look bigger

Need some help with my boobs

I'm a 6 ft, broad shouldered trans woman, so torrid is my go to for clothing when I can afford it. I tried to measure myself for a bra and got 50 band, 55 bust, but who knows if I did it right. If I did, from what I understand I would have a 50DD.

Thing is, while I definitely have a good handful they don't exactly look like DDs with how broad my chest is. Especially when I'm topless.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make them look bigger while I continue to wait for my HRT to do its work? Been on E off and on for 5 years now as financial situation has allowed, and it's maddening how small they still look despite the women on both sides of my family all being so well endowed.

Relationships Are my friends transphobic ?

Hi, so a few weeks ago i was having a party at my house with my group of friends from before transition (they're all cis and straight), i was quite drunk and started asking them "would you date a trans person ?"

I phrased it badly and had to rephrase it a couple of times with multiple imaginary scenarii and apart from one of my friends who i think said yes, one of them said "no because i want a biological child", the other 3 said no i think... With one of them (the youngest and so i thought the more supportive of queer people) saying no point blank.

I told them it was kinda transphobic and then brush it off and we continued the party as usual

Few days/week later i had a discussion with one of them which is my best friend and also the only other woman of the friend group and i was telling her how it was hard sometimes being trans and that some days i really felt like shit and that that response from the friend group was kinda baffling to me, i really thought better of them, and i was basically telling her that i expected a little more "help" from her cause she's my only female friend.

(i also make it clear that it was not something i wanted her to work on it was not my call to make, i was the one who shouldn't expect too much from them. And also we previously had a discussion where i told her i expected the friend group to at least research a little about trans people to know what is hurtful for some of us)

Anyway fast forward to yesterday and my bestfriend and i crossed path in the supermarket and basically i think she's avoiding me as she thinking i'm avoiding her so an hour later she start texting me asking me if something is wrong, and more on if something is wrong regarding her, i tell her that no i have nothing against her, in fact i thought she had something against me and tell her to come by if she wants us to discuss this, she agrees and a few minutes later she's at my place

And then we spoke alot about a lot of thing she noticed that were giving her the vibe that i was angry at her or something and i explained myself, linking some of these thing to my transition some other just misunderstanding...

And then she tell me "i'm not quite sure, but i spoke to some of thep and i think the whole friend group as been shocked that you called us transphobes, we accepted your coming out and have been supportive of your pronouns and new names, we are trying to be as supportive as possible"

So i told her "i probably went overboard by using the word "transphobes" but even tho yes you're supportive i don't think you are allies if you think like that because it basically mean that you play along and say okay you're a girl but you don't mean it" and yeah in the end i don't even remember what was said, i tried to explain what it felt like but it's complicated..

The thing is i'm here the next day and i'm asking myself : should i be grateful to have loving friend who play along ?

Am i an asshole for wanting more from them ?

Should i cut ropes and be alone again ?

Am i terminally online and reading to much queer discourse so i'm now completely out of touch with basic people ?

I'm quite lost.. sorry for the rambling.. i wrote that as i was thinking i probably lost the plot a few times....

also english is not my first language so i hope you could still read me i have probably made a lot of mistake i'm sorry... I'll re read and correct mistakes later i'm completely drained right now i'm going to shower...

Also moderators if i've done something wrong please tell me, i'm sorry in advance...

Advice Question Im being targeted on reddit for being trans

Reddit user u/KindaSusNgl17 has been commenting that I've been sending explicit photos to people to try and get me banned. He incited an argument and commented bad thing under my comments. they are making rumors trying to get me banned. what do i do?

He's saying that so people engage with him and ask what i "did" so then he can lie and say I sent something to someone young so then they report me. All of this is because I argued with him on another sub.

FOR FUCKS SAKE, IM NOT A GODDAMN MAN. WHAT APART OF WOMAN DO YOU NOT SEE? HOW MANY MORE FUCKING TIMES DO I NEED TO GET MISGENDERED?! I UNDERSTAND I DON'T PASS, AND I UNDERSTAND IM PRE LEGAL EVERYTHING, BUT FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!

ive tried nail polish, ive tried vocal training, ive tried makeup, everyone around me at work just ignores my transition (outside my 3 coworkers who im out to) and i rarely ever get affrimed back from customers, just given weird looks and of course, i don't disclose my actual name or pronouns due to fears of being labeled as a political issue or getting into debates over my existance with biggots who don't know the first thing about gender euphoria. thankfully my 3 coworkers affirm me, ive been a year into my transition, and don't pass at all still have pre IPL and pre legal name change and gender marker change, i hate my conservative town and state of ohio, i hate needing to brace from childhood of feeling like a disappointment and that every single time i bring up my transition to my family it results in arguments, and makes me feel even worse about myself overall. im just so frustrated that im bracing more and more instead of actually living life as the woman i am. i know i shouldn't let it get to me but FUCK, the fact that im depressed lately and lonely with possible heart issues im scared im gonna never achieve marriage or ever adopt kids which is something i REALLY want more than anything. also im in the hyper feminization phase of my transition, and i hate that part. i shouldn't need to feel obligated to blow 30K+ just to feel seen by soicety.... it's fucking ridiculous being an early transitioning trans woman and not passing enough to be seen. of course im aware im just in a down mood and it's been a rough ass week, and it's just been frustrating for me dealing with billing for my heart appointment (which im keeping hidden from my transphobic family, hence paying out of pocket and not using their insurance at all besides labs) and having to fight with a upcoming work schedule to see if i need to reschedule my heart appointment (which was a pain in the fucking ass to get btw) i really am just frustrated as hell with my transition, but it's more of the fact that similar to other early transitioning trans women, im not in the stage of passing, and getting taken seriously outside of my 3 coworkers, and im very frustrated with soicety expecting early transitioning trans women to be post OP and totally passable after a fucking year. im sick of the unrealstic expectations, NO I DON'T EXPECT MYSELF TO PASS AND BE POST OP RIGHT OFF THE BAT THAT'S UNREALSTIC AND I KNOW THAT.

although tbh, my self esteem has been kinda shit lately even long before my transition ever started.

im sick of being taken less seriously just because im pre OP, and not passing...

It’s a bad allergy day for me. I blew my nose, not thinking much of it, but forgetting that my pill was still dissolving under my tongue!! Coughed it right up (thankfully into my bathroom sink). Whoops.

Euphoria Filled out paperwork for my GO

Filling out paperwork for a new doctor is pretty mundane, but this had a simple check box for "Transgender" right underneath the questions gender and gender assigned at birth.

Clicking on that box was suddenly like walking through the wardrobe and discovering Narnia, because suddenly a page of choices showed up with MTF, FTM, NB, etc. Basically, you name the category of trans, they had it.

Ally (Ftm guest) what do you all do to pass?

I myself am female to male and over time became so familiar with everything that comes with transitioning from female to male, but I’ve recently realised I know almost nothing about what it’s like to transition the opposite way, and I want to learn. Like for instance, most of us bind and use packers, but what are some things trans women use to pass? If anyone is comfortable sharing their experiences with their transition I would love to learn about it!

Venting No internal debate needed, I’m a girl.

It’s been a while since I posted here. I keep wanting to but don’t have anything specific to ask/discuss. But I have had some insights recently.

I’ll preface this first insight by saying I’m constantly debating how sure I’m am that I’m trans on my mind even though I know that I am. But before jumping into coming out and transitioning my brain wants to be 100% sure which I’m at like 95-99% sure after about 14 month post egg crack.

Typically I wake up in the morning in a sleepy morning haze. I wake up not knowing if I have the mental energy to face another day of the mental trans debate in my head. But then a thought came over me as clear as day. There is no debate needed. I’m a woman and always have been. I might have grown up different than a girl and male hormones have not been great. I might currently look like a guy and get called ‘Sir’ in stores, but internally I’m a girl. No debate needed.

It reminded me that I realised (and forgot) a few months ago that being trans does no equal transition. It is the ideal but not everyone can transition for reason of safety, money, etc. For me I need to know I’m trans but then also feel safe to transition like I want to.

I need to vent here atm as the therapist I was seeing wasn’t able to continue sessions anymore (busy with other work) and I haven’t found a new one yet. I came out to my wife a few moths ago now and she’s still processing. She doesn’t want to tell the kids and she doesn’t bring up the subject. I’m trying to be patient but between my own fears and her reservations I feel so stuck. I’ve been having non serious thoughts of not being able to go on if I can’t transition (ie live my life as me) I don’t want to do that but at time I just feel so hopeless.

Discussion Do I need to become a bitch / mean girl to stop getting walked over / put down by cis women?

Before I started transitioning, cis women were much more willing to understand my perspective and we could come to an agreement where everyone is satisfied at least most of the time. Sometimes it was a me issue, sometimes them, sometimes neither - someone got jealous and tried setting us up.

Now that I’ve been transitioning for awhile, few cis women are willing to have hard conversations, and most of them who are blatantly lie and show contempt for me. I’ve been calm and gentle my whole life but I’m not feeling like that’s helping me, especially during a dangerous time in my life. Most of my trusted women family members started using triggers against me anytime I bring something up no matter who or what it is. Of course this is not all women but I am not running into healthy cis women friendships now that I’ve been transitioning. Other trans people have been healthy with me.

After a few test strips, I’ve learned that I won’t get walked over at all if I’m a mean girl. But I don’t want to be a bitch. I want to have the relationships I’ve had pre-transition where we can actually see each other as human.

So, if you managed to stop getting walked over while maintained a kind and loving demeanor, how did you do it?

Venting Am I still a girl if I barely like to present feminine

I'm already reaching close my 7th month and I do my best to pronoun myself when I speak in female specificing vocabulary (in my language all words have feminine or masculine form nouns, verbs, adverbs,.. u name it), but I don't feel like acting like one. I still feel more comfortable hanging out with males because I feel less awkward, still wear masc clothing, don't enjoy make up (except for simple black emo nails) and just continue living like I live. All I feel I'm heading towards is just trying to have a girl body because I hate reflections of myself, and I crave to rip, break, and tear every part of my body to re mold it to look fem, but I just kinda wanna continue hanging out like I always did, around guys, wearing cool male punk clothes, just looking my body like female. And i guess it would be tomboy of me, but it feels like all posts I keep seeing are everyone try to release that feminine look not just theough their body, but also through, walking, cosmetics, clothes and so on. I just feel fake.

Discussion Gah! when does the deadnaming stop??

One of the hardest things has been getting people who've known me forever to use my new name. Sometimes it's obvious it's a mistake when they deadname me, but other times they'll literally say, "I've always known you as ____ so that's what I'm calling you.. " and I'm like really? You really just have no regard for my feelings and no respect for what I'm going through that you can't make a simple change in the way you speak to me?

But I've decided to let it go with some people. My mom, for example, is super old. Ya know, the whole old dog new tricks thing... but it puts a strain on our conversation. I'm not exactly sure how I'm gonna go about things moving forward, I just am happy she's not leaning into some sort of talking-me-out-of-transitioning thing, but how weird is it gonna be when she's still calling me a guy's name when I look hot in my miniskirt? 🤣

Ahhh this is all getting weird, but I love it 🥰

Advice Question Too scared to be in public due to voice

Hiya,

I'd love to wear fancy dresses and whatever in public. I did once, around friends, but I fear in public that I'd be called a woman. Why? My voice.

For one reason another, let's just say ADHD, I am way too lazy to voice train. I am also pre-HRT.

I fear that someone will actually call me ma'am and then I have to respond in a not so feminine voice..

guh.

Advice Question Hi how do I start DIY?

Hi there 👋 I'm currently 17 femboy in the United Kingdom (otherwise known as that barren rock) and thinking of doing HRT myself but I have no clue at all where to start and what with.

I'm considering doing DIY because my family is very far right and hate anything to do with LGBTQ so I can't ask them for help (for example i reckon some of my family have harmed trans people in the past) so ill doubt they will help in anyway plus i have heard that the UK has long waiting periods😕

I've tried looking at different websites for information on how to but some are a bit to vague or mainly for women so I'm a bit lost on what to do first, should I start with a Antiandrogen if so what kind or just immediately start taking estrogen but should I take patches, pills or injections I'm quite fearful that I could hurt myself and they find out so if I could get any advice on how to do it safely I will be grateful 🙏

In short.

How do I start DIY what do I buy and their brand names and personal experiences

Help how do i gain fat on my lower body? (ftm guest)

hello! i actually thought about asking this to other ftms, but seeing most of you guys are also trying to do the same, it felt more right to ask this here. although being a ftm, i never had the need to change my body drastically, so i never started hormone therapy etc. but id like to look fuller in my lower body, hips and thighs specifically, but i dont know where to start or what to do. there arent any gyms that i can go really, so if youre going to suggest any exercise, id apperciate it if its something i can do in a house! i thought about maybe it also depends on what i eat, so might as well ask, what kind of diet would help me?

Today I Learned Need good energy and emotional support rn

I don't really know how this works as I dont ever post but I really need community right now. I am terrified that something will go wrong and a bill will come out between now and tomorrow morning and im trying to stay positive because I did the math and I should have just enough but I found out today that I may not have enough money to cover my Surgery next week. I dont really need anything other than some positivity and support because my anxiety is absolutely through the roof and yeah I hope at least one person sees this and can give me some reassurance 🫤

Advice Question Advice?

For MTF, when did the clues start and what were they that - in hindsight - informed you?

What was it that finally made you “understand” you’re a TF?

How did you accept this as an inescapable fact?

Who was the first person you came out to?

What did you say to them?

How’d it go?

Advice Question I recently discovered I'm trans and don't know what to do now.

I’m 23. I realized I was non-binary and pansexual last year, but things have shifted over the past few months. I started feeling an increasing aversion to everything related to cis-het men and having intense thoughts about wanting a new life—starting over as a completely different person. I began to realize how uncomfortable I feel in my body and with being perceived as a cis male. Yesterday, I borrowed clothes from my mom and sister to try on, and that was the turning point; I’ve never felt so self-confident. I felt a deep sense of euphoria and excitement—I’d never felt so good in my own skin. It was like I’d finally found myself. Since then, I can’t think about anything else; all I want is to erase my life as a man and be a woman—wearing panties and so on. But I don’t know exactly what to do now. I’m in a complicated situation: I live in the interior of Northeast Brazil and have very little independence from my parents. It’s all a very new world to me.
