Comics How many people live in Asgard?
So I’m doing the full read through of marvel and also doing the kill count tracking project and suddenly a lot of celestials just got on the board with a full deletion of Asgard’s population minus Thor
So does anybody know what Asgard’s population size looks like so i can give the celestials their proper kill count scores?

Question Can I start the Jurgens run?
I’ve read Simonson, Straczynski and a good portion of Aaron. I found a bunch of the Jurgens single issues on eBay for a good price and I was wondering if it’s a good run and if I’ll need to know anything beforehand.
I know about Heroes Reborn and how this was Thor’s return to the main marvel continuity, but do I need to know anything else? I love Jurgens and his work on books like Superman, so I’m sure I’ll at least enjoy his take on Thor.

Are there any Marvel characters who capture the same essence as Thor?
I've read pretty much every significant Thor run and I was wondering if there are characters similar to him that I can read. What Marvel characters feel the most like Thor? Who shares the same warrior archetype as Thor? I am very fond of warrior-like characters such as Thor. If anyone has recommendations please tell me.

Doomsday Thor's new power-up.
So we all witnessed our beloved Thor getting absolutely outclassed by Doctor Doom. A dangerous flight attack from Thor was stopped by Doctor Doom's magic using only two fingers. Thor was ridiculously surprised by witnessing Doom's capabilities.
Thor is definitely going to need a power-up in this film if he wants to face Doom again.
My Theory is that the failed attack by Thor shown in the trailer is likely an early battle between the X-Men and Doctor Doom taking place in Earth 10005. The Avengers and X-Men barely escape Doctor Doom and arrive at Earth 616. Later on, Thor puts Singularity (Gorr's daughter) somewhere safe, and then a prayer to Odin occurs. This leads to Thor being granted the Odinforce. And hence, Thor's lightning turns from blue to golden. This also grants him a helmet made of the same golden energy.

Comics Al Ewing's Thor
Has anyone been reading Al Ewing's run? Is it any good, do you recommend it? Also if you do, when is a good recent/upcoming jumping on point? Or is it the type of long term tale that's best read all together?

Mjolnir
What if its a variant Mjolnir? Last time we saw it it was still damaged and had loves crayon marking all over it. What happened to possibly restore it or is the one out of time once agian? Or another hammer from a variant Thor?

Comics which of the two do you like more on meaning of what worthiness means (War of the realms #6/ Immortal Thor #5)
For Aaron it was humility, the willingness to sacrifice, and embracing the struggle, while Ewing wielding power through humility, hard earn wisdom, compassion, restraint, and true nobility

Discussion According to the trailer it looks like we are getting the "serious" Thor back.
After watching Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) I was simply not happy with the "silly" Thor. Don't get me wrong Thor: Ragnarok (2017) was great. I just feel that Taika Waititi took it too far in Love and Thunder.
It's refreshing to see Thor being serious and giving an inspirational speech and being in the forefront as a serious character.

Comics So I have watched a summary of each issue of immortal Thor. How is it possible that destroying the bifrost and the black bridge make Asgard just a myth?
I haven’t read all of mortal Thor but it sounds awesome. I wonder if this would be like if certain gods from Asgard or somewhere else could find a way to go to earth and mess with human things. I wonder if mortal Thor will find a way to reverse history for Asgard and they will find a way to be earth’s protectors again. I can’t wait to see when Thor gets his memory back.
