News ๐๏ธ The Occupation Expands Control of Gaza to 65%
A Haaretz investigation reveals the Israeli military has expanded its control to roughly 65% of the Gaza Strip by pushing the designated "Yellow Line" westward.
Satellite imagery shows the expansion is fortified by a kilometers-long berm and trench system extending up to 1,300 meters past previous boundaries in areas like Rafah and Khan Younis.
Despite the ceasefire, the Israeli army has continued daily attacks in Gaza, killing at least 1,168 Palestinians and injuring 3,798 others, according to Gazaโs Health Ministry.
Since Israelโs genocide began on Oct. 8, 2023, nearly 73,300 Palestinians have been killed and 174,000 injured, while 90% of Gazaโs civilian infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed.

News ๐๏ธ ๐ฉ๐ช๐จ๐ณโ ๏ธ | Germany Deports Uyghur Man to China Despite Turkish Citizenship
Germany deported 21-year-old Arafat Adil, a Turkish citizen of Uyghur descent, to China on July 21, according to Kashgar Times and Uyghur rights advocates. He was detained at an immigration facility in Kandern and put on a flight from Frankfurt to Beijing, despite Turkish consular officials providing documentation of his citizenship.
Adil's asylum case had been discontinued after he allegedly missed a hearing, which his family says he never received notice of. His family fled East Turkistan (Xinjiang) in 2016 and later gained Turkish citizenship. His mother still resides in Turkey and had publicly pleaded for his case to be reviewed before the deportation.

Quran/Hadith ๐ Linguistic Miracle Of Baqarah Quran 2:33
Allah said, โO Adam! Inform them of their names.โ Then when Adam did, Allah said, โDid I not tell you that I know the secrets of the heavens and the earth, and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?โ
Qaala โข He said
This verse again doesn't start with "and (wa)" because it's the continuation of dialogue in one timeline. Quran uses the word "and" deliberately when it starts a new timeline or stage. For example from previous verses, the first mention of Adam was before creation and then after creation and Quran used the word "and" between them. This verse doesn't mention "and" because it's inside the single dialogue continuing from the previous verse. That's the precision of the Quran that it mentions conjunctions in such detail.
Ya Adam โข O Adam
Allah called the Adam by using his name instead of using insan or a pronoun. Being called by God by name gives Adam a special status.
Ambi'hum โข inform them
The Quran here didn't use the word akhbiruhum which also has meanings of telling or conveying news. The word anba gives indication that the thing that's being communicated has great importance. Quran uses this more eloquent word repeatedly in the entire context of the story.
Inni aalamu.. โข Indeed I know
In the verse 30 when angels asked that why you are making a creature that will shed blood, and at that time God said "I know what you do not know" which is summary and God didn't give detail that what's wisdom behind this, and after long Patience of angels now God is showing directly evidence that why God knew more than them and now it's proved why this creature is more than that what they assumed therefore Allah said " โDid I not tell you that I know the secrets of the heavens and the earth, and I know what you reveal and what you conceal?โ. Quran moves from summary to detail after testing their patience, which is very eloquent and respectful and Adab before God. This verse further proves the human was created with new capabilities that Angels don't have, such as having specific intelligence, deriving new knowledge from existing knowledge and with capabilities like to name , choosing, or learning, which angels don't have they only know what God has taught them .
Samawati Wal Ard โข Heavens and earth
It's from eloquent nature of Quran to pair opposite words. The word heaven is mostly paired with the earth and it's God's style of speaking to refer what's above and what's below and this style was also used in previous scriptures like Torah.

Quran/Hadith ๐ ุตูุงุฉ vs ุตููุฉ
Posted in the Quran sub but want to add here as well. I like to explore identical or nearly identical verses in the Quran and their context. When I asked my sheikh about these two verses, he replied with the below.
โ
There are numerous scholarly interpretations regarding this matter, including the following:
1. The word โุงูุตูุงุฉโ (with this specific spelling) refers to the ritual prayers we perform, i.e., the five obligatory prayers.
2. The word โุงูุตููุฉโ (with this alternate spelling) refers to constant connection with Allah through His remembrance and supplication.
This is one opinion among many. Others have stated that the variation in spelling is meant to accommodate the different modes of Qurโanic recitation.
And Allah knows best.

Question โ How to do ghusl after surgery?
Salam, everyone. I had major open surgery last week, and am currently in the early stages of my recovery. The surgery was on my womb and abdomen, and although I can walk a little bit around my house when necessary, I can't stand for very long, and I can't bend.
As such, I'm unable to shower. I have been cleaning myself using adult wet wipes for my body, and dry shampoo for my hair. But I'll need to do ghusl in a couple of days, and I'm not sure how I'll go about it? I can't stand for long, and there are some parts of my body I can't fully reach due to my limited mobility. I also wouldn't be able to get into the bath or anything like that.
Obviously ghusl usually has a ritualised right side/ left side aspect to it, but would it be okay for me to just get my hair wet in the bathroom, and then move to the bed to wipe myself with the wet wipes as best as I can? I want to make sure I'm fulfilling my religious obligations so that my prayers will be accepted afterwards.

Dua & Advice ๐คฒ๐ฟ I'm at a stage where I'm just blank. I don't know what to believe anymore. I haven't committed kufr yet, but in my heart of hearts, I don't truly believe either.
This isn't just about what I've personally faced and experienced, but also about my study of Islam.
I was born and raised a Muslim, and like other Muslims, I believed that Islam was the absolute truth.
I've always been a curious soul, so I began researching and studying Islam deeply. Along the way, I found a lot of contradictions. I used to study the arguments of Muslim scholars and academics regarding those contradictions, and most of them referred to different interpretations and similar explanations. Regardless, my faith was still strong.
Then I went even deeper. I discovered the mathematical error in the Qur'an regarding inheritance. I'm a student of science, so in my heart of hearts, I knew there was actually an error in the Qur'an. That was the first major blow to my faith.
I tried working on it myself. I made extensive notes about it and solved the equations on my own. The conclusion I reached was that there was, in fact, an error in the Qur'an. And because it was a mathematical error, no alternative interpretation could fix it. The arguments of Muslim scholars and academics regarding this issue weren't satisfactory at all.
It shook my faith, along with all the other doubts that had gradually seeped into my heart. I mean, if the Qur'an really came from an all-knowing Being, there shouldn't be a single error in it.
Regardless, I've been an unlucky person for most of my life, and for the last six years, I haven't been mentally well. Recently, some things happened in my life, and they turned out to be the worst possible outcome. I used to pray and ask Allah for good, but what happened was the worst of the worst outcome. It has completely shattered me and broken my soul.
I'm totally blank. I don't know what to believe anymore. I still haven't left Islam because I haven't yet channeled my thoughts into action. But I don't know how much longer I can hold on like this.

Rant & Vent ๐ฉ How to go through a rough divorce
My husband and I are divorcing but not in a friendly way.
Basically he was not loving me anymore for sometime because of my Islam, but instead of telling me the truth, he pretended to love me while planning his way out because he was dependent financially.
He stopped practicing years ago and suddenly he admitted he doesn't believe anymore and decided it's over. Also he already planned for months vacations with a girlfriend, a new job and new life in a foreign country, leaving me alone with the kids and without further notice.
I don't care about his love, I hated him for the last months he showed zero affection and kept mocking me because I'm praying and wearing my hijab. He's a disgusting animal, there's no humanity left in him.
What hurts me is the injustice he makes towards me and most importantly my kids who didn't ask anything. They were happy children and don't understand why their father wants to change his life. It hurts me so deeply.
I'm not able to forgive him for this. I know that Allah tells us when divorcing it's better to forgive and treat well the other but I don't have the strength in me to forgive him after all the hurt hes doing . I have no respect left and I wish him a miserable life and eternal hell fire, every time we have to talk I insult him and tell him I hate his guts, because I can't think of anything nice to say.
Ya Allah I'm sorry to feel this way, I'm weak and I'm not up to the challenge you give me astaghfiruAllah idk what to do I'm lost.
I'm sorry to vent this way but that's all I have left and I want to be able to heal get over it and look out for a hopeful future. Anyone went through a similar situation?
