We all know brotherhood has certain standards that are never broken. What's a red flag behavior that immediately makes you lose respect for a guy?

How to live happily without being ignorant?

I really want to dissociate completely. I cannot save anybody, I am powerless to everyones struggles, but that would be ignorant to do. But I still want to be happy while being present, supportive and moral, is that even possible?

Why do my friends not respect my limits/boundaries ?

Upvotes

I say NO loud and clear and they keep insisting, and they keep me asking about it and why why and please and please and “we’re going to do that even if you don’t allow us to”
They only do this with ME idk Whyyyy and it’s stressing me out
I don't even try to exceed their limits if they tell me NO, I drop the subject and I wont insist

Be real; Is being bald unattractive?

I'm deciding to go bald at 26 because I don't like how my haircut receded, and I'm just wondering how much of a disadvantage it is.

edit: hairline

What is the purpose of “adult autism “ diagnosis?

Legit question, forgive my ignorance. I see a lot of stuff for adults to get an autism diagnosis. I don’t understand what that diagnosis means. Can anyone explain it? What does such a diagnosis provide? Are there benefits one can apply for or something? Are there people who have reached adulthood without getting diagnosed? I don’t know a lot about autism. Are there degrees of severity? Thanks in advance

Do people just post comments and delete them knowing it’s something that won’t be tied back to them? Or am I looking too deep?

Upvotes

So I think like a few days ago I posted something about how people assume I’m a man. And I got a notification for a comment calling me self-centred. And it was only posted a minute ago. But when I click on it, it was deleted. And I notice this has happened quite a bit where people will send me crazy hateful comments or replies, and then when I click them, they’re gone.

Is this like the new method for people to be absolutely insufferable without having proof tied back to them? Or am I just coincidentally coming across assholes that decided at the last second to be good.

why do my eyes sting when i touch them after touching my scalp?

Upvotes

really weird and specific question, i know. but how come whenever i fidget with my hair, touching my scalp, and then rub my eye for whatever reason, my eye stings SO bad?!?!? it feels like if there were salt in my scalp but i mean i'm not swimming in the ocean. why can it be so bad though? i feel like it's not always so bad? do i need to be using a different shampoo or rinsing it out better? am i not washing my hair good enough?

Why am i switching from being somewhat romantic to lustful randomly ?

Throughout the day I’ll randomly have romantic thoughts of a perfect date or spending time with my sp daydreaming. Seems fine but then at random times I’ll just think of lustful things. I haven’t seen this person in a year or two but I don’t know why I’m fixated on them. I’ll try thinking of her flaws and what I don’t like about her but they’ll get overridden the next second. Like I love her despite her flaws. It used to be somewhat tolerable with the thoughts coming and going but recently it’s been a big influx of the thoughts.

Why are “dissident brands” so rare?

People often criticize when a certain brand experiences a decline in their product quality, but why do very few of these critics form “dissident brands” that aim to make higher-quality products?

Why are people so nosy?

The reason why I am asking this is because there has been a case where whenever I would go for a walk outside by myself or go to coffee shops/restaurants few people will feel the need to ask me why don’t I bring my partner or friends with me. I get annoyed when people are nosy like that. Why do they get weirded out if an individual does things by him/herself. Being by myself and having space is very therapeutic for me and gives me comfort and I don’t want to have to explain this to people especially those who work at coffee shops or restaurants. I just want to be left alone by them.

Is 100mg of caffeine the safe upper limit for those under 18, or is this subjective?

When I search it up on Google I always see that they recommend 100mg of caffeine as the safe limit if you’re below 18, but ever since I was much younger I’ve been drinking a good amount of caffeine from sodas and energy drinks (my parents weren’t the best at teaching me nutrition😭, I also don’t remember ever going above 400mg aswell, which is the safe limit for adults)

I’ve been to the doctor multiple times and my heart and such are perfectly healthy, so the caffeine doesn’t seem to have negatively affected me. Could I have built a slow tolerance to it over time? Can caffeine affect certain kids much more differently than others?

does this guy like me?

i became friends with my friends boyfriend at the time (they broke up a year ago). him and i had many difficult classes together and would study together at least once a week. (not alone) a while ago he followed me on his spam account and followed my spam while they were together. we talked a lot after they broke up, although i didn’t want to bc girl code. i asked my friend and she told me she wants me to be his friend still because “he’s such a nice guy, we just don’t work and no one should hate him.” anyways i kept my distance even tho she told me that. nonetheless he’s been texting me about music a lot recently and just texted me today abt one of our professors. i mean we were good friends when they were together but after i would just say friends. idk it’s just weird all of the sudden
