PSA for anyone using the Samsung trade in program some people are getting burned because Samsung states device wasn't properly factory reset or because Samsung claims the device has mystery damage that wasn't there always document everything take clear photos and record a quick video showing the watch condition powering on and the factory reset screen Samsung will absolutely downgrade your value if they think they can get away with it and the only protection you have is proof of the condition before it left your hands two minutes of documenting can save you from losing money for no reason

If even with the new diving capability and new IP rating they still tell you that water damage is not covered it is straight up scam.

Hi! The new Watchface looks really amazing. I'm curious how to get it too. It would be wonderful if there was some way to get it sooner. I'm not in a hurry, but it would be great if it were possible. Is anyone else looking forward to this news? I believe that many users would be happy to be able to use it soon. Let's hope it doesn't take too long. I've turned my Galaxy S22 off and on and rebooted the watch too. I've also reset the watch and restored from backup but I keep getting this error with the July 5 update

My galaxy watch ultra 2025 is still under warranty till October. Sent it in last Friday because the screen stopped working and guess what. Has water damage so it's not covered.. hurray

Never gone swimming with it, never really had it submerged at all. Gets wet from working out in the rain. Washing our vehicles and doing dishes. Can't believe they have an IP68 rating if you can't even get them remotely wet.

Customer service, although very friendly with how mad I was talking to them, was absolutely useless. I did apologize to the fellow i was talking to before I hung up after he gave me another number to call.

Had my watch 3 classic for 5 years. Swam with it, showered with it. Ocean water never bothered it. Just beyond fed up.

Watch 9 Lte 44mm costing me around 42k indian rupees. Watch 8 classic Lte costs me around 32k inr. I wanna know if spending 10k inr/ 100$ more on watch 9 is worth it if we talk about the newer qualcomm chip and bt 6.0

I was planning to get the Z fold 8 ultra and also took a look at the Watch Ultra 2.

I have been using Epix 2 pro for 3 years now. It's a amazing watch. I upgraded from a Watch 5 Pro back then. The battery is great (31 days), workout tracking is great and the led is also really nice. But it doesn't track calories that well, it always shows too many calories burned. I didn't miss any SmartWatch Features tbh.

The most important for me would be just tracking my gym workout. On the Garmin I can make individual training plans and for example first 5 minutes treadmil, then a 2 minute break and 3 sets of 12 reps bench press so on.

And I think there still no alternative for that in galaxy watch.

But being in the Samsung ecosystem would be a positive.

I've owned the original Ultra for 2 years now. I love the look of the White/silver one. Lately, I feel like the battery isn't lasting as long. I get around 2.5 days of battery with AOD off, and I feel like at the beginning I used to get close to 3 days.

The Watch 9 44mm seems tempting. Lighter weight paired with the new Misty band would probably make it feel like I'm not wearing a watch at all. 30% faster chip, brighter screen, more health features, more future updates, and it feels tempting at only $159 after trade in. I just want to know it's actual real world battery life. Will someone leak it already? lol. Can it last 3 days comfortably with the bigger battery and more efficient chip? Or is it going to be more like the watch 8 and get a day and a half?

Did anyone go from the Ultra to the Watch 8 and regretted it or loved it?

The watch Ultra 2 is too expensive, even after trade in for me to consider it, even though it has a massive battery now which would be nice.

What should I do? Keep my 2 year old Ultra, or get a new Watch 9 44mm for only $159 after trade in?
