Also if anyone uses their Samsung points and then cancels, your points won't show straight away. I looked around and saw a timeframe of 3-5 days, but they have reappeared somewhere in the region of 1-2hrs after the cancellation so don't panic too much.

The Galaxy Watch 9 just released and will not get 5 years of OS updates instead of 3 on the Pixel and Apple Watch. Samsung is truly nailing update support recently.

Is it too big?

I tried to pre-order the new galaxy watch ultra 2 using the shop app. The price shows $699 with an instant discount of $100. I also have a trade in of $250. The subtotal shows $349.99. It wont let me go to the payment page as many others have experienced. I contacted the chat help and they gave me a link to checkout but told me the instant $100 is an error and they will not honor it.

I've been using a regular straight-end strap on my Galaxy Watch5 Pro, but the gap between the lugs makes the watch look larger than normal on my wrist.

Has anyone found:

- A good no-gap metal strap that matches the Watch5 Pro's titanium finish?

- Or lug adapters/end links that match the finish and let you use standard 20 mm straps without leaving a visible gap?

My battery is only lasting from about 7:20 in the morning to about 2pm in the afternoon and I don't know why but it's really annoying, galaxy watch 5, it's also always so laggy like I'll swipe up to open the panel itll happen 30 seconds later, I'll turn off battery saver or sleep mode and it won't work at all

It is known that they modified some stuff regarding the bands, but on the samsung store, there is at least one band compatible with both ultra watch (2 and 2025)

Anyone know what is going on exactly ? are all the ultra 25 band compatible ?

Hi! The new Watchface looks really amazing. I'm curious how to get it too. It would be wonderful if there was some way to get it sooner. I'm not in a hurry, but it would be great if it were possible. Is anyone else looking forward to this news? I believe that many users would be happy to be able to use it soon. Let's hope it doesn't take too long. I just bought the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic and set an analog clock as my watch face. However, is it possible to bind my action button to open a digital clock? I really like the look of the analog clock but sometimes I need to be able to quickly check the exact time without having to check the precise arm direction of the analog clock.

I've already tried changing the action button's functionality ofc but the only time-related option is a stopwatch.

PSA for anyone using the Samsung trade in program some people are getting burned because Samsung states device wasn't properly factory reset or because Samsung claims the device has mystery damage that wasn't there always document everything take clear photos and record a quick video showing the watch condition powering on and the factory reset screen Samsung will absolutely downgrade your value if they think they can get away with it and the only protection you have is proof of the condition before it left your hands two minutes of documenting can save you from losing money for no reason

Looking to upgrade and just wondering what I can expect from downgrading size.
Unfortunately with the 44mm GW5, the lugs sit right at the sides of my wrist, and with the GW9 (44mm) being larger (+ boxier), it would be big to look right.

I understand I'm in for a minor battery downgrade, but would it realistically be a big issue (namely looking for those with GW8s and their experience.

Lastly, I must admit, I'm not really sure what features change I gain, I'm mostly looking to upgrade as my current watch is pretty dinged up and runs a tad slow, but new features would be nice to understand.

Buying my first smartwatch and trying to decide between the Galaxy Watch 8 (40mm) and the Galaxy Watch 9 (40mm).

My main reason for getting one is health tracking specifically the Vitals tracking, fatigue alerts, and early illness prediction, depth tracking, water temperature, or dive metrics.

1. Are these features coming to the Watch 8 via software update, or are they Watch 9 exclusives?

2. As a first timer, would I miss anything major by choosing the Watch 8?

Does anyone know if the straps from previous Galaxy Watch Ultra will fit on this latest Ultra 2?

I got the watch 7 44mm for free when I traded in my Watch 5 Pro a few years ago. The battery life on my watch 7 is bad, so I'm thinking about getting the Ultra 2. Dunno if it's worth $368 to me. What do you guys think? What features does it really add besides a huge battery upgrade?

The lowest I've found is 343 euros. Its been like that for more than a month
