Just looking for some strategies you use in conversation when you’re looking to get to know someone. I do well in environments I’m comfortable with but when things are very neutral or unfamiliar, I’m not the greatest.

I see some social butterflies somehow make things work and I say to myself “it seems so simple but why can’t I be like that?” I don’t think it’s an energy thing, maybe it’s a perspective some extroverts have that I’m lacking?
