I wonder how many people caught this, but when they interview Detlef Shrempf the only thing they ask him is his height. Tall people (6’6”+) know that the question they get asked the most is how tall they are and the crew had nothing else to ask him aside from that.

This is a hilarious b-plot. Ron throwing the hamburger to himself. And also Ron living one of his worst nightmares, being a stuck in a government building longer than he should be.

And it was the first glimpse of the April and Ron duo. With her coming back to help him to hospital.

And so many hilarious lines came from this plot.

“This morning I made the mistake of sneezing.”

April: “You ready?”

Ron: “I was born ready. I’m Ron (bleep) Swanson.”

Ben and April meeting Congressman David Murray was one of my favorite parts of the DC storyline. And both of them thinking he is a robot.

And we still don’t know if he is. I mean you know something is up when even April thinks the guy is strange.

He appears in season 2 episode 5.
