Hi! I moved to Panama City not too long ago and I’m looking to meet more people around my age. 23 F, I like lifting, painting, movies, and going out. The friends I’ve made here are awesome but they’re in the settled-down stage of life, so I’m hoping to find some other 20-somethings who like getting out and doing things. I grew up playing highly competitive ice hockey, and moved down to to the PCB area. Luckily, I heard there’s a roller rink at the Navy base! I was wondering if any average citizen would be allowed to come in and play roller?
