As the title states, I am unable to clear the C1 error code from my PC. It gets stuck in the boot loop of trying to train my DRAM before settling on C1 and restarting.
The motherboard is brand new, and I have replaced both the CPU and RAM once already. There are no bent pins on the CPU socket, and I have already reseated the CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM. I have tried flashing the BIOS to no avail either.
I am truly at a loss and will take any help I can get, I’m lowkey at my wits end with this. Thank you all.

EDIT: SOLVED! The ram is just incompatible, even though I was told multiple times it was!

Hi! my first time going to reddit for something, but I just built my pc and for the past week i've already had it built and everything but no matter what I do Windows won't let me download the Wi-Fi drivers on the website. I'm positive I'm downloading the correct drivers I use windows 11 25h2 which I read could be part of the issue I've gone into device manager and tried to do a force download and I think its important to add whenever I try to run the driver from the website it gives me the message "Sorry! We do not support this operation system !!" that message exactly. I called gigabyte support, I've tried ethernet which also weirdly doesn't work while it does work on my other system and I'm stumped and frustrated. any help or advice would be amazing please help.

Hello, I've got a brand new build with the Gigabyte X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE (rev. 1.1) and I'm having trouble updating BIOS.

My current, pre-installed version is F11 and I'd like to update to F12. Manually, without Gigabyte Control Center, which I don't have installed.

But every time I try using Q-Flash, it fails. In BIOS, I select the USB and the new BIOS file in it, everything looks normal; I confirm to update BIOS and reboot; PC reboots, then the BIOS screen appears again, there's a loading screen with "Verifying BIOS file", but then a pop-up appears with "Error: Invalid BIOS image".

To rule out some common errors:

• Yes, my USB is formatted as FAT32. It's a 16GB USB.
• It's not a faulty USB. I tried two different ones (one Gen 2.0, one Gen 3.2) and different USB ports.
• I'm downloading the new BIOS version from Gigabyte's official website (here).
• Yes, I'm 100% sure my motherboard is rev. 1.1 (I looked, it's physically written on it).
• Yes, I'm choosing the correct operating system (Windows 11 64-bit).
• I tried putting only the very BIOS file ("X870AELITEWF7ICE.F12") and also the whole folder (extracted) onto my USB. Didn't work with either.
• My Windows is fully updated and so are my drivers.

Some users reported this error earlier in this post — but they always made a huge jump between the BIOS versions (e.g. from F31 to F40). I only want to update one version higher, from F11 to F12.

People elsewhere suggested using Q-Flash Plus instead but I'm really worried about it, I'm afraid something will go wrong since the Q-Flash failed multiple times and there may even be something wrong with the file itself.

Any help or advice will be much appreciated!

bro this is so frustating. At first, my pc is normal until like 6 months ago, theres a unannounced power outage. cpu red led debug start appearing along with rgb fan problem. any rgb software can't detect my fan and motherboard rgb EXCEPT ram rgb. I already try any fix on internet like flashing firmware IT5711, installing it with flas_modified.bat, reset cmos, reassembling the pc, POST with only cpu ram ssd and graphic card, litteraly everything on the internet. Is this problem very common with gigabyte motherboard? like I can see many post on reddit had a same problem like me. I don't know what to do anymore🤯

I've already replaced the thermal pads with thermal putty and reapplied the thermal paste using Arctic MX-6.? Should i be worried about my gpu VRAM temp? My GPU is a Gigabyte Eagle RTX 3060 Ti.

Hello I don’t know how to use Reddit but I’m coming here because I need a helpful answer. I recently replaced my ssd and that went fine but now I need to install windows and it’s not able to read the file. I’ve downloaded windows 11 media and ran it on another pc and set the usb to FAT32 and plugged it into every usb 2 port I could find.

Now when I go into q-flash it says either “invalid bios image” or “cannot read file” I’m out of ideas and do not want to pay $160 for this as a “service fee”.

Hello I have the Z890 AORUS ELITE X ICE and recently after an hour or so of gaming this LED light on my motherboard starts sporadically flashing like in the video when it’s supposed to be a static white color. Has anyone had this issue, and if so how were you able to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
