ADDITIONAL INFO
I spend about $900 a month on rent (also pay roommate's share, who then pays me back, so about $1800), and about $1000-$1250 on non-rent expenses. I have about $1600 in medical expenses that I need to pay. I have the savings to pay it in one go, and also the option to enrol in a payment plan with the hospital. So over the next 3 months or so, I will be spending $5000 in non-rent expenses.
I want to use this opportunity to get a sign-up bonus on a credit card. I understand that my velocity is already high, so I might not qualify for a lot of credit cards, but what is the biggest sign up bonus I can get in my situation? I would prefer cash back rewards over travel points because I don't have any immediate travel lined up. I would also prefer I can use a pre-approval tool to check my chances, and avoid a denial resulting in a hard pull.
I am not open to business cards currently.
Thank you for any advice you may have!
