I recently picked up the Old Man Raph figure and it led to this.

I found this in a box of old comics I own. I collect original art but usually only from names I know. I don't remember buying this piece or who I bought it from. The date is 2007 and I've only ever bought art at comic conventions and I only attend Chicago Comicon or C2E2. Does anyone recognize this signature or even the characters in the drawing?

A little info about the Kingdom of Dreams

The Story: When three young friends, Kasper, Bruno, and Lilia, drift off to sleep, they discover their beds floating through clouds into the mystical Kingdom of Dreams.
