A little info about the Kingdom of Dreams

The Story: When three young friends, Kasper, Bruno, and Lilia, drift off to sleep, they discover their beds floating through clouds into the mystical Kingdom of Dreams. Guided by the enigmatic Nightmare, Kingruler of dreams and gentle nightmares, they must prove their courage by retrieving a golden feather while navigating the playful tricks of mischievous dream spirits.

This inaugural adventure teaches the first lesson of dream navigation: In a world full of distracting voices, your heart must be your guide.

I found this in a box of old comics I own. I collect original art but usually only from names I know. I don't remember buying this piece or who I bought it from. The date is 2007 and I've only ever bought art at comic conventions and I only attend Chicago Comicon or C2E2. Does anyone recognize this signature or even the characters in the drawing?
