Today I tried this triple smash burger at Prime Burger in Thailand🍔 Three beef patties (95g each), cheese, pickles, tomatoes, onions, and fries on the side. I honestly enjoyed it a lot! What would you rate this burger out of 10? And what would you add or change? 😄

Today I finally figured out that pan frying the meat is way better than baking it in the oven.

Press and eat. This was so much right on the spot!!

My own pickled Jalapeños and black sesame/pepper buns!

Bacon, habanero cheddar jack, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and pickles in addition to those delicious onions, all on a potato bun. Sautéed in beef tallow.

i saw some of yall post about this on here and i’ve been dying to try it. finally found a place in town that does it. out of body experience. 10/10.

Beef smash patty, chorizo smash patty, roasted poblano, Cotija-lime crema, Oaxacan cheese pickled red onion, pickled cabbage and sliced avocado.

I know it looks like 2 patties, but there’s a third hiding in there lol. Brioche bun, 80/20 beef, and Velveeta slices. Simple burger.

… And we have to celebrate! Made smash burgers for dinner tonight.

I love exploring burgers and making my own versions. This is definitely one I'll be making again.
