13 US service members died in the Afghanistan withdrawal and Biden faced hearings, resignation calls, and nonstop coverage for years. Trump’s war with Iran has now killed 17+ troops and counting. Where’s that same outrage now?

Are Americans really struggling in this economy?

Record housing prices, record new vehicle prices, expensive groceries, gas and oil prices because of conflict elevated. Are most families really hard on money today or is it not that bad?

At risk for being labeled a rage-baiting, karma farming bolshevik, I gotta know: Did having a black president who required all citizens have medical insurance break almost half the brains in America?

President Trump will now share our nuclear weapons technology with Saudi Arabia. You remember Saudi Arabia, their Public Investment Fund provided the initial $2 Billion to start Jared Kushner’s investment fund.

Why not use underwear as bikini?

My underwear looks so much better on me than any bikini i’ve ever bought😭 In cases where we spontaneously choose to have a swim in a lake or something i’ll just bathe in my underwear and bra. I understand that bikinis and bathing suits are made of polyester, and my underwear is cotton. But cotton is better for us, and since mine is black it doesn’t get seethrough. Make underwear acceptable on the beach🤗

A regular employee would get pushed out for way less than a stroke or a month in rehab. So why do 84- year old senators get to keep running the country from a hospital bed instead of making room for new?

Why does reddit act like europe is a progressive bastion forgetting it own right wing parties are rising?

feel like people treat Europe as this bastion of progressivism, when in reality, a right-wing wave is going to happen—it has just been delayed by a couple of years. What happens if the demoracts control the country but Britain, Germany, and France are all run by their own right-wing populists?"

Do you answer the door when you’re not expecting a visitor? I do not. Never have. It’s a safety thing and I don’t want to be bothered.

Does anyone else feel like the pet industry is heavily exploiting how much we love our animals? Food, vet bills, and medication prices are out of hand?

Vet charges are ridiculous, and medications are overpriced everything seems to be. I think companies are capitalizing on the trend of pets being treated like family, knowing people are willing to pay whatever it takes because they love their animals.

Even the food is a bit of a rip off.

I know what some will say " If you cant afford a pet dont have one" which is good point.

I can afford it, but I can still have a moan about it :)

Why do Catholic/Christian Americans believe Jesus would be a fan of Trump?

Upvotes

I've seen many people who compare Trump to Jesus, or Trump to God. Where is the justification?

One is a capitalist with questionable morals. The second is someone whose teachings emphasized radical generosity, caring for the poor, and the spiritual dangers of wealth, state-enforced wealth redistribution and government control of the economy.

So frequently I see people praise behaviors that go against the teachings of their lord and savior.

How do they reconcile?

Less Than 1/3 Of Americans Think That The Iran War Was "Worth It", Says CNN Chief Data Analyst Harry Enten — What Do You Think About This? Why Your Thoughts?

Apparently the Iran War is also less popular than Iraq was during a midterm of the Iraq war, at 40% "worth it" in 2006 for Iraq and only 28% "worth it" now for Iran...

Did anybody hear the Epic Fury casualties say " very strongly, 'We cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon.'" ?

Upvotes

I stay informed... on top of the news, yet I haven't heard any interviews of soldiers, much less "all of them", saying what Cadet Bonespurs alleges they said.

Observing the arrival of caskets of military personnel just killed in Trump's unauthorized war of choice, he just told the press "All of them said very strongly, 'We cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon.'"

Can anybody please provide a link to validate the POTUS' claim?

Anybody? Buehler...Buehler...Buehler?

Got asked in a job interview "Have you stopped stealing credit for your team's work?", Am I insane or is there literally not a right answer for this?

Saying Yes tells them I used to be a theif which I wasn't but saying No tells them that I am still actively stealing their work. I assumed it was a trick question so I literally just said "neither because I never stole credit in the first place" and I got a call back saying since I refused to answer a question I wouldn't be getting hired, Is this some extremely difficult trick question that companies use or what?
