I’m not a Trump supporter, nor did I vote for him. Regardless, so many people who voted for Obama, turned around and voted for Trump. Could they all really be racist?

Independents steered the race.

All I’m saying is it’s important to understand why people voted the way they did instead of just attacking everyone.

Whenever people say African Americans only vote Republican because they’re brainwashed, those people are condemned as being racist because believing they don’t vote Republican out of their own volition implies they believe African Americans are not intelligent enough to realize they are being manipulated to vote against their own interests.

Then wouldn’t that mean it would also be racist to say African Americans only vote Democrat because they’re brainwashed as well?

I’m not British and was pretty young when Brexit happened so I obviously don’t have a clear memory of it. Looking back though, the decision seems really nonsensical. Why would you vote to leave the EU and isolate to such a degree when the UK is made up of small, resource poor islands with little of its own industry? But I’m honestly ignorant to the social and political climate at the time so I wanted to ask people who either were there, dealing with the consequences of it, or just are more knowledgeable than me.

There have been plenty of "Men, What Can Dems Do to Win Your Vote" discussions, both online and IRL, and they pretty much always go the same way (at least online, I can't know what's happening outside my circle IRL)

The answers given all either are about frustrations with either women or one minority group or another, OR they're complaining about wanting to see something from Democrats that they already do/are better about than Republicans. Examples of what I'm talking about include complaints about the economy, lack of job creation, and "doing nothing for the Average American" when ALL numbers show Dems are better for the economy and job creation, and the only reason Dem presidencies haven't accomplished more is because of Republican obstruction.

So...what else is there they can do?

There are many possibilities, but let's see what YOU, the great people of Reddit, think about this...

For starters, this is not a politically driven post. I know some people don’t support Elon because of his politics, but I’m specifically referring to the discussion that “billionaires shouldn’t exist.” When this topic is discussed, I never hear mention of celebrities and athletes.

Is this behavior different when you masturbate?

That one scene when they could hear the T. Rex stomping and shaking the glass of water and the rear-view mirror is my favorite scene out of the whole movie. Not actually showing the T. Rex, just the trepidation they felt when they could hear and feel it stomping in the distance when they were stuck in the car in a rain storm. But, I found out that an actual T. Rex was a silent stalker and wouldn't have made thunderous stomps when it walked. Which makes sense, because they have to be sneaky to catch prey.

But, it makes for a good movie.

The world will just publicly condemn this massacre and move on. Israel already killed 20k children and the world just watched. Nuking key targets will result in thousands of deaths and a huge humanitarian crisis but I don't see the US or Israel getting sanctioned.
