I've seen many people who compare Trump to Jesus, or Trump to God. Where is the justification?

One is a capitalist with questionable morals. The second is someone whose teachings emphasized radical generosity, caring for the poor, and the spiritual dangers of wealth, state-enforced wealth redistribution and government control of the economy.

So frequently I see people praise behaviors that go against the teachings of their lord and savior.

How do they reconcile?

I already know things are politically wild now and no one will suffer any true consequences for unethical behavior, but did just have a question out of curiosity. If McConnell is found to have lacked capacity to do his job several weeks ago with no chance of recovery, what are the consequences for those in power if they knew of this and were delaying until August? Vet charges are ridiculous, and medications are overpriced everything seems to be. I think companies are capitalizing on the trend of pets being treated like family, knowing people are willing to pay whatever it takes because they love their animals.

Even the food is a bit of a rip off.

I want to start writing to my daughters in journal with the hopes to give it to them when they become adults. Hopefully, that will be the case, but I also want them just in case I die before then. I am at a loss of what to write. Any advice on what I should put in it?

Lately I've realized how much fabric quality affects everyday comfort. It started when I was shopping for cotton sheets, and now I'm even searching for a simple cotton handkerchief.

It seems like a lot of products focus on thread count or marketing buzzwords instead of the actual feel and durability of the fabric. For people who really pay attention to textiles, what brands or stores do you trust for genuinely high-quality cotton products? I'm looking for places where I can actually see and feel the fabric instead of ordering online and hoping for the best.

What's the point of asking a question like that? A State governor has no power or authority to abolish a Federal Agency anyway, so it's completely irrelevant to the position they're running for. Same with when they're asked for their opinion on Israel/Palestine. In what way is that at all relevant for a State governor who has no power to do anything outside of their State? Seems like all these positions do is highlight controversial talking points that have no relation to the position they're running for. Same with the Mayor and other local politicians. Why are they asked about things they have literally no power to affect or influence?
