I was looking in the catalog to find something interesting then when I switched to r6 for some reason the classic face came back. I look at my heads and I wasnt wearing anything. I selected a head and removed it to see if it would revert back but it didnt. Am I missing an update or smt????

My account got deleted yesterday. As you can see in the ticket, it got deleted because of a different random account. I've never heard of or seen an account starting with (@As...). I've also never heard of linking accounts before. The ticket says to contact support via Violations a Appeals if the two account shouldn't be linked. I have submitted five tickets now, all of them got the same reply, a copy-paste probably ai generated message saying that I still violated the Roblox Community Standards, even tho I did nothing wrong on my account that has been I suppose falsely linked to the random other one (I still have no idea what is linking or how it works). I also haven't gotten a reason for the other account's ban.I don't know what to do. Help.

please read: my account got hacked. i had high value limiteds, such as all the king of the night crowns. it was the “someone is impersonating you” scam. i was dumb and fell for it, i know. i wasn’t thinking, i know. anyways, please, please give me advice or any help. they changed the email and phone number and username and password and authentication codes, etc. i think my account is terminated/banned? it says “account not found” when i try to enter my username and click next.

i understand i can do something called a rollback? i tried putting in a roblox support but it says “too many requests”. so, how long do i need to wait until i can try again? i want to get in touch with a HUMAN agent, not AI. do i need to tell the AI i want to speak to a human, and threaten that ill take legal action/have papers written up? i do somewhat know a lawyer. do i keep submitting multiple requests? can i call them? is there anything?

furthermore, all my other/alt accounts got IP banned, including the accounts of my family friends who stay with us and have the same IP. how can i get all of our accounts back? do we have to all submit separate roblox support? please someone help. anyone. i am desperate. i know i was dumb, i understand, you don’t have to tell me. so please just instead give me advice anyway you can. what can i do?!! anyone have similar stories and succeeded?? thank you. 💔

Alright, so let me just start by saying this.
Around 13 days ago, on the 9th of July at around 2:16AM (when I was literally sleeping), my account got hacked and was eventually terminated. During the time my account was compromised, the hacker stole my Limited items, which were worth around $6,000 USD (or in other words, 600k Robux) in total. Ever since then, I've been going back and forth with Roblox Support trying to get my items back, but nothing seems to be getting anywhere.
The thing that really frustrates me is that Roblox can restore stolen items, but they just keep refusing to do it in my case. Every response I get is basically the same, and it honestly just feels like I'm getting false hope.

They keep telling me they can't restore my items because they were supposedly "USD bought," but that's just not true. I've never bought Limiteds from the black market or any third party websites. Everything I owned came from either trading or buying items legitimately through Roblox.
The biggest thing that confuses me is that one of the items that got stolen, my (8bit royal crown) was literally bought through Roblox. That purchase is in my transaction history was recent, so I don't understand why nobody has bothered to actually check it. If they looked through my purchase history properly, they'd see that I got it legitimately, the same goes for the other items.

I've sent them evidence showing that my account was hacked, including login information and other proof, but it honestly feels like nobody is actually looking into my case. Instead, I just keep getting the same copy and paste replies over and over again.
At this point, I don't even know what else I'm supposed to do. I'm not asking for free items or anything I didn't own. I just want the items that were stolen from me to be returned. I really wish someone at Roblox would actually take the time to review my account properly instead of assuming my items were obtained illegally, because if they did, they'd see that everything I owned was obtained legitimately.

I'm usually running 240 fps, but since this morning I've been on low fps which is annoying. I've updated everything on my PC, and restarted it, I'm not sure what else to do lol

I play on PC and I have a really good PC but these past few days I’ve only been lagging on Roblox. It doesn’t matter what game I play on Roblox but then I can get on Fortnite Minecraft Apex legends, etc. and not lag as y’all can see in the video I normally average around 14-30 ping but every 3 to 10 seconds it spikes. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?

I have been banned about an hour ago for apparent “safety violation” and the latest activity is a bunch of jumbled characters and no chat logs attached, this account has received minor bans before and the actual chats that were moderated WERE attached to the latest activity. As to why I say “Is there a new moderator online or something?” Is because just yesterday, someone get banned for the EXACT. SAME. THING. It looks straight up copy and pasted

I can’t change the theme on the Roblox app on my PC. It’s only a problem on the desktop app, not on my phone or browser. The option is usually in Device Preferences, but it’s not even there. My friend also doesn’t see it. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to change it to dark mode?

a while back I bought all the game passes in a game called Elemental Awakening. it was available in england at the time and I could play it. one day I couldn’t find it anymore or play it but the game was still up, turns out it got region locked as it had paid random items without being disabled in certain regions.

I contacted Roblox support and they said they can refund but need a few more details, them ghosted me and gave me someone else and I had to restart the whole process again and I never got a reply.

Ryzen 7 3700u, 8 gb ram

and yeah i already know the specs are low end but i use fastflags to prioritize fps over graphics. i usually have atleast 90-120 fps in forsaken (with fastflags) before, but after updating my roblox this week, my fps has been really bad to the point where i cant even reach a stable 60 fps.

before the roblox upd, my memory takes around 1900mb, cpu and gpu frametime being stable aswell, but after the upd, my mem usage is lower, cpu and gpu still about the same but i cannot maintain 60 fps whatsoever which also applies to other games that arent graphic intensive.

its been like almost 3 months since roblox started to get laggy for no reason. i coulda sworn this fps/lag was fixed in the previous upd since i barely lagged, but now its become much worse and idek why.

(network ping on the image is 120ms+, but i usually get around 40-70ms and i prob lose around like 2-3 fps)

edit: ive also reinstalled roblox but its no use

As I was clearing storage for my phone I accidentally uninstalled my Authenticator App and I realized that I didn't backup my 2step verification method on any google accounts. Luckily I saved my backup codes and was able to login but I've already used two of them. I can't do anything to get it back since the data is already gone and I can't generate a new one without having to always use the 2step verification method. How do I bring it back? My account got hacked a few days ago after clicking a link that I thought was Roblox's homepage.
I tried logging in but the hacker had already logged in and changed the password and email.
I tried Roblox support but they've taken more than a week to respond so I closed to the ticket and make another one with billing category to get a faster response, I've sent 5 different appeals and all of them have been rejected. I've given them all the evidence I have, old passwords, badges, Gamepasses even when I was paying for premium on the account. most frequently played with friends, most recently added friends, Login locations, Original email. and they still don't believe me and refuse to reset my account and disable the 2sv. I don't know what other evidence to give them as I don't have any, I don't have receipts nor codes for Robux Giftcards. I'm requesting help.

i made accounts for friends and im worried if they ever do something crazy and get it termed will it connect all the way to my main account. everyone probably gonna flame me its stupid but I just wanna know if theres anyway I can somehow unconnect it to me as i been seeing people get banned for being connected to accounts they arent related to. I already deleted the accounts from the login screen where it shows all your accounts but is it enough done and is there anyway to prevent getting banned for just making the account not breaking the rules and is it possible i can get banned

Around 2-3 days ago, my roblox account was suddenly logged out of all my devices and when I tried to log back in using forgot password or even with one time code, I am not receiving any of it through the email I connected with my account.

I may have been wrong on this part but I kept trying to receive a code or reset password but it just kept not showing up on my email. I checked the spam folder, I checked the promotions, social, updates, everything but not a single code was send to me.

Im not using any VPN when trying to log in to my account and I'm not sure but I don't think my account was hacked either since I have 2fa and I haven't received any email regarding that.

I'm stuck and I'm getting worried that I cannot recover my account back since when I did contact support, it did send the one time code to make a ticket but it never fully went through because of an error that I should try again later.

Has anyone gone through this problem, and if so, have you fixed it? How?

Any help and any ideas would be very appreciated I am at my wits end

Edit: I forgot to mention that my other accounts that has an email connected to them works perfectly fine and sends the code to their email, it's just my main account that is not sending me the emails for password resets or one time codes for log in.
