As a brazilian who obviously plays Roblox in the Brazil Servers, something driving me crazy on Roblox is the TERRIBLE ping I’ve been having for MONTHS, and what bothers me most is that NO ONE is talking about it, making me wonder if I’m the only one experiencing this issue.

I play on PS5, and many (possibly all) Roblox games have awful ping (sometimes exceeding 1000ms). It occasionally returns to normal for a bit but quickly goes bad again, and I doubt it’s my internet connection since no other online game has this problem.

It can't just be me... right?! If you're a brazilian who plays in the Brazil servers and is having this problem too, please say it, so it at least makes me stop thinking is only happening to me. Thanks in advance.

I was looking in the catalog to find something interesting then when I switched to r6 for some reason the classic face came back. I look at my heads and I wasnt wearing anything. I selected a head and removed it to see if it would revert back but it didnt. Am I missing an update or smt????

Two accounts terminated after an AI flag on an OLD ARCHIVED private test game’s place name containing “711”. Game was never published, only used assets from a free model. I’ve lost years of development with no files saved to PC.

I have literally thrown major parts of my life away developing on here and its gone now. I have also recently bought a pricy limited and spent a lot of robux on that account but that matters less to me.

This happens to almost every game without fail. My game constantly gives these freeze spikes (like in the video) without any problems showing in my performance stats.

Me and my friend knowingly shared an account for months. I made the email for the account and I own the oge. I traded some limiteds onto the account from my main to spice it up then I recently discovered that account sharing is actually against the rules so I traded the limiteds back to my alt (keep in mind the alt had the same email and phone number of the shared account at the time)
My friend started complaining and giving out because I took my own limiteds back, He logged me out of the roblox account and email and he said he will pull the limiteds back and never let me log back in if I dont give them back, I said I would give them back and he screenshotted it and he will send it to roblox. Now I changed my mind and I dont wanna give the limiteds back and he will pull the limiteds back. I am scared my alt will get banned for "stealing limiteds" even though I didnt steal anything, I took back whats mine. Do u guys think I will get punishment?

I remember this roblox game where your character has this low frame walking animation but your arms flail like a ragdoll, and you use your arms to swing your weapon to smack people with. There were a couple game modes in it and i revisited it once in the past, but it had no players.

I was 18+ server of MICUP and i have a 21+ account but people are saying profanities just fine without getting banned and the second i try and say anything was being warned, Any reason why? Do I have to say the words in a way that isn't directed to someone?

Alright, so let me just start by saying this.
Around 13 days ago, on the 9th of July at around 2:16AM (when I was literally sleeping), my account got hacked and was eventually terminated. During the time my account was compromised, the hacker stole my Limited items, which were worth around $6,000 USD (or in other words, 600k Robux) in total. Ever since then, I've been going back and forth with Roblox Support trying to get my items back, but nothing seems to be getting anywhere.
The thing that really frustrates me is that Roblox can restore stolen items, but they just keep refusing to do it in my case. Every response I get is basically the same, and it honestly just feels like I'm getting false hope.

They keep telling me they can't restore my items because they were supposedly "USD bought," but that's just not true. I've never bought Limiteds from the black market or any third party websites. Everything I owned came from either trading or buying items legitimately through Roblox.
The biggest thing that confuses me is that one of the items that got stolen, my (8bit royal crown) was literally bought through Roblox. That purchase is in my transaction history was recent, so I don't understand why nobody has bothered to actually check it. If they looked through my purchase history properly, they'd see that I got it legitimately, the same goes for the other items.

I've sent them evidence showing that my account was hacked, including login information and other proof, but it honestly feels like nobody is actually looking into my case. Instead, I just keep getting the same copy and paste replies over and over again.
At this point, I don't even know what else I'm supposed to do. I'm not asking for free items or anything I didn't own. I just want the items that were stolen from me to be returned. I really wish someone at Roblox would actually take the time to review my account properly instead of assuming my items were obtained illegally, because if they did, they'd see that everything I owned was obtained legitimately.

I was playing SCP roleplay and after clicking leave the game froze as usual thanks to old PS4 hardware and then this strange creepy image of a grey road and field flashed onto the screen and stayed for about 2 seconds before disappearing. I've tried an image and a google search but got nothing, can anybody help me find what the hell this is?

For context, I was banned for CE because my account had been hacked and compromised and the hackers spammed vulgar messages in my account. I have never been banned and never had any violations prior, which should already be raising a red flag to unauthorized behavior on the account. I have tried to appeal and appeal including timestamps and evidence of my account being access from an unknown device with an unknown IP address, changes in email, passwords and 2SV being changed, and everything, giving them a strict timeframe of when I was compromised. There are even emails from the day of the hack to prove I was trying to recover my account from a hacker. However, I had just gotten this email back from a so called “Appeals Lead”. Is this a real person response or AI and is there still hope to get the account back if I keep appealing?

I remember that under roblox games was discord icon and by clicking it you were invited to games discord server, but its disappeared now. Is there any way to bring it back? Im verified (13-15 age group).

Bank of America had accidentally started to do chargebacks on my purchases on Roblox thus getting my account banned, I had talked to the bank to cancel the refund requests and they have said that they were finally canceled and that Roblox should have the money back. I try to appeal the ban and every time I make a ticket, they automatically close it and when I call them, they just tell me to make a ticket, I honestly don’t know what to do because I never wanted to do those chargebacks and just want my account back since the chargebacks we’re fixed and accidental.

My account got deleted yesterday. As you can see in the ticket, it got deleted because of a different random account. I've never heard of or seen an account starting with (@As...). I've also never heard of linking accounts before. The ticket says to contact support via Violations a Appeals if the two account shouldn't be linked. I have submitted five tickets now, all of them got the same reply, a copy-paste probably ai generated message saying that I still violated the Roblox Community Standards, even tho I did nothing wrong on my account that has been I suppose falsely linked to the random other one (I still have no idea what is linking or how it works). I also haven't gotten a reason for the other account's ban.I don't know what to do. Help.

After I logged back into my account, I saw my account's robux and some of my game assets were all gone. I have checked the transaction history of my robux and founded out someone has logged onto my account and sent my robux to an unknown player as shown in the image.

I have reached out to Roblox customer support but all they told me is to change my Roblox's account password only.

So, my question is there somehow anyway for me to get back my robux?
