Question❓ Willow sunoco
Just wondering if anyone knew where the guys at Willow Sunoco ended up after they closed? Been going to them since I moved here and if they're close I'd rather stay with them.
Thanks!

Hoboken property taxes have been posted online for the current year. Property taxes have increased by 25%. The Hoboken Mayor and the entire City Council needs to be voted out. A real Mayor needs to go into City Hall and clean house and get rid of all the bloated staff. Emily is not that person. She loves to spend other people’s money. Remember, she pushed that ridiculous new high school on us.

Any ideas why people sit in the aisle seat? Why can’t you move over instead of everyone having to wait for you to get up so someone can sit in the window seat so you can remain in the aisle. Genuinely interested.

These trees and overgrown bushes behind the fence in my backyard are harboring 100s of lantern flies and it’s getting out of control. I assume they’re tree of heaven that they’re feeding on. Anyone who know within the city I could contact about potential getting these taken care of? Not sure who’s responsible for them since they’re inbetween the fence lines…

What’s going on with Amanda’s bananas and pier 13? They haven’t been there all summer.

Does anyone know who this is or what they are filming?! Have spotted them around waterfront, Garden Street, and in the backyard of 74 Garden filming.

To parents: do any of you know of any child psychologists and/or psychiatrists who help with anxiety, OCD, and learning disabilities in the area? My 8 year old worked with a great team affiliated with Mount Sinai in NYC. But I can’t keep making the hike up there every week.

I’ve been going to Project Sculpt and enjoy their strength exercises, but the studio always feels so cramped and I can’t get the weights suitable for me for some key exercises because they are taken. Good for them for having such good business, but the crowdedness makes me dread going! Does anyone have recommendations for similar strength focused classes in Hoboken at a studio that feels less crowded?

My friends and I are planning my 22nd birthday and we’re looking for recommendations for the best bottle service in Hoboken or nearby (Jersey City, Weehawken, etc.).
We’d rather not go into NYC since we already have plans there the next day and don’t want to deal with getting back late, but not opposed to some recommendations. Would rather avoid the cliche spots (Tao, marquee, little sister) Looking for somewhere with a fun crowd, good music and a good overall vibe for a birthday.
If you’ve done bottle service anywhere in the area, where would you recommend?

Was crossing the street and a blue Ford pickup truck was driving towards the pedestrian crossing. The driver, instead of stopping continued going and intentionally swerved towards me to scare and then kept going. I got the plate but don’t know if Hoboken PD will do anything about it. Be careful out there. Some crazy drivers.

Anyone live in Cast Iron lofts? We are looking to move there and wondering how difficult it is to find parking with the unreserved option. Is it worth it to pay more for reserved? TIA! Also open to thoughts on the building in general :)

I want to just say how grateful I am that The Hive exists. I have a baby now and it’s somewhere we can go & I can immediately relax. Everyone (workers and patrons alike ) are so baby friendly - someone always jumping up to help me move the stroller through the doors or gush over my little one🥲
A clean, cozy, safe space! 🫶🫶🫶

Wondering if anyone has any reccos for sitters in the area they’ve had a great experience with! I’m new to town with 2 anxious pups & looking for a sitter for 2 1/2 days in August preferably with experience with shy, but very sweet/low maintenance dogs.

Hi there. Looking for a studio or 1 bed sublet beginning 9/1, maybe 9/15. Ideally would be for at least 3 months but open to longer. Open to suggestions if there’s a good site for these.

Does anyone have any nice apartment buildings- Hoboken for a decent rent price? I've seen this is easiest commute to the city.
Cant seem to find any nice buildings with amenities.
Thank you.
Edit: 3-4k monthly rent.

My gf lived in 100 Marshall for a year and had her car egged twice while parking in the same spot. We thought nothing of it until my buddy recently had his windshield broken from a bottle that looked to be thrown. I’m hearing rumors that there is someone living in the sky club that is basically being a piece of shit. Spraying people taking their trash out with water guns, egging cars, yelling etc.. anyone live in the building and hear similar?

I moved to NJ from out of state back in the winter and am trying to get into some new hobbies, get out of my comfort zone, and hopefully meet some cool people along the way.
I know Paint & Sip classes are really popular right now, but I’m looking for more variety than just watercolor painting.
Are there any places for adults with a casual and social vibe that hold one night only classes or weekly classes in ceramics/pottery, calligraphy, traditional Japanese stamp making, etc? I’m open to going into NYC for this too, but would prefer something on the NJ side of the river (Hoboken and Jersey City preferred because I know them best).

Probably an unpopular question here, but are there any bars that have NESN/stream Red Sox games?

Hi there! We're looking at booking a big event at the Hoboken Biergarten, for about 100 people. Their quote works for us and say we have exclusive use of the Winter Garden. It looks like the reviews of the place in general are overall mixed. Has anyone gone to a private hosted event there? How was it? Thank you!

hi! I'm a first-time mom due Aug 12. our night nurse plans just fell through. does anyone have a recommendation for a night nurse that might be available on short notice, or agencies we could contact? thank you!!
[posted this in Hoboken Mommies FB group but mods there deleted it because nanny posts are only allowed in their monthly thread, which 1) I can't find 2) this is fairly urgent]
