My AdSense account has received an ad serving limit for the 3rd time. I run a government jobs website and get traffic mainly from Telegram and Google Search.

Could Telegram traffic be causing this? What steps can I take to prevent future ad limits?

• PPC (Search, especially local service-based campaigns)
• LSA (Local Service Ads) setup, optimization, and dispute handling
• SEO fundamentals for local/service businesses
• GBP (Google Business Profile) optimization and ranking factors
• PMax campaigns, feed setup, and asset groups
• Demand Gen
• Call tracking and lead quality attribution (this matters more than raw CTR)

What you'll actually be doing:

• Building and managing Google Ads accounts for HVAC/home services clients
• Diagnosing why leads are cheap but bad quality (or expensive and good)
• Working alongside our Meta/paid social team
• Reporting on what's actually driving booked jobs and revenue, not just clicks

Nice to have:

• Experience with attribution/CRM platforms

Base pay depending on experience + strong performance upside. Drop your experience with home services accounts (bonus if you can share results, even anonymized) and how you'd approach LSA + PMax together for a local HVAC client.
