We automatically remove posts which are not flared with the appropriate topic that applies to your post.
If your post is not appearing after you make it, that's probably why. Check your flair and the bot should approve it in a bit. Before messaging the mods, check that first.
If you're not sure what to flair, then look at other posts to see what others have in the past.
Thanks all.

On official Reddit Mobile App: Click on “Learn More About This Community.”
There seems to be a downward spiral in posted content recently, and the mod team has been doing what it can to filter it out. But the team isn't able to moderate every post as they happen.
A couple tips:
Read the sidebar. It has posting guidelines, it has starter car recommendations, it has the DRIFT BIBLE for beginners on techniques. Outside of actually getting seat time, the side bar should provide you with a very healthy amount of information. Anything else, just research it... That's part of the fun of learning a new skill or sport.
"Don't be an ask-hole." This is not Quora for drifting, its a subreddit to share cool stuff. Not to spoon feed every person who is moderately interested.
Lets keep this subreddit with positive content that supports each other. It can be frustrating for a content creator when when they see a snow donuts video get 500 upvotes, but someone can post a very legitimate edited and high quality video and they only get 4-5 upvotes.
edit: changed grammar to be less personable

Trying to get more consistent overall. Let my homie drive the car and I'm definitely down on power and the corner balancing isn't great. That said I sent it anyway and I learned a lot and got more consistent.

One of the first videos I ever saw on youtube (could have been another site) was of drifting mainly in japan and the background music was payl oakenfolds ready strady go. if someone could find that I would be very happy to relive a moment in my past.

This was my 2nd ever drift event, anyone got some tips.
I was also having issues with loss of power on left hand turns and only left turns, I did some research and it seems fuel pump related but does anyone have other ideas

Intimidating as hell won't lie, but I felt like I was doing well by the end. This clip is halfway through my session. Stock power, just angle kit and welded diff.

Which of the two options would be better for a streetable drift car in 2026? 350zs have been climbing in price and the only examples around me are clapped or over 7k. SN95s look like they haven’t started appreciating yet, and I see them from 4k for a prefacelift to around 7k for a New Edge.
But, the total cost for both builds might be similar in the end due to how many mods I’d have to do to the mustang to get it to where the 350z would be with minimal mods.
From what I’ve heard, the mustang would heavily benefit from subframe connectors and angle kit + coilovers, which would require cutting the body and welding to the frame. (Welding the subframe connectors is what’s scaring me away, cutting the body to fit the angle kit is fine) Whereas the 350z weld the diff, maybe throw on an angle kit.
I am pretty biased towards the 350z, I’ve always loved the looks compared to the mustangs and less work is always a plus. That being said, is it worth spending more money on a cleaner 350z and do less work, or spend less money on a mustang and do more work?
Or should I just buy a shitbox 350z and send it?
I’m also a big BMW guy so the e36 has always been at the back of my mind, but I don’t want to have to weld the subframe reinforcements in. If anyone can confirm they don’t run reinforcements and their subframe hasn’t fallen out, that would be nice lol

Its all spare parts I had on hand or made from metal stock. Ive only ever used the cable handbrake. Im not expecting something monumentally different but the handbrake location is definitely more convenient.
The shitbox is getting AC here soon & I'll be making a cover for the trans tunnel hole.
