2 month ago,we lost Kyle Busch🥹🏎🏁

Kyle Busch died at the age of 41 from natural causes due to severe bacterial pneumonia that progressed into sepsis. The infection rapidly overwhelmed his immune system, leading to disseminated intravascular coagulation (abnormal blood clotting) and hemorrhagic shock.

I still can't believe that he's gone! I thought the Dover truck win won't be his last win but unfortunately...............i'm wrong.

I loved everything about kyle, diecast, paint schemes, throwbacks and every single win that he won in nascar.

I'm home Kyle's wife & kids are doing alright after hearing the husband & dad passed away from sickness but it's nice seeing Brexton racing and winning again.

Rest in peace,Kyle. Hope you well get more wins in heaven🕊🥹❤️

I couldn't find a good way to track races, so I built one

Last year I was talking to a mate and he was telling me he went to lots of races and had absolutely no good way of remembering them all. Most people probably still use the Notes app, so over the last few months I built GridLog.

It's a bit like Letterboxd but for tracks and races. You can log every event you've attended, see your stats, track circuits and countries, upload photos and build a bucket list. It's just launched on the App Store (Android is on it's way! - if you'd like to be part of the Android beta test drop me your email in dm) and I'd really appreciate feedback from people who actually spend weekends at circuits.

Any feedback (good or bad) would be hugely appreciated!

While technically the last time Indycar raced on a Monday was 2018 at Barber Motorsports Park that race had started on Sunday before being pushed to Monday due to heavy rain

Kirkwood starts first in Nashville, and Palou, the championship leader, starts fourth

Post image

Kyle Kirkwood scored the pole for the Nashville Grand Prix in the IndyCar Series with a time of 47.548 seconds in Saturday's qualifying at Nashville Superspeedway, his fourth career pole and his second on this same oval. Josef Newgarden was 51 thousandths behind in the Penske Chevrolet, the same margin that separated them on the grid in 2024. That time, Kirkwood also started first and Newgarden second, and the race ended with the Tennessee driver on top. Scott McLaughlin was third, and Alex Palou, the championship leader, was fourth in the fastest Chip Ganassi Racing Honda.

Kirkwood arrived at Nashville 56 points behind Palou, who has recorded two consecutive fifth‑place finishes at Mid‑Ohio and Road America. The morning practice session had already shown Andretti Global at the top of the timesheet with the same Kirkwood, who carried that speed into qualifying. Newgarden, with thirteen wins in the last thirty ovals in the series and a right‑foot injury he has been managing since Indianapolis, said the team gave him a car to fight with and that he is confident in his race pace. "We started well and the car responded. We have a good outlook for tomorrow," he commented.

Juan Pablo Montoya says Kimi Antonelli is his own biggest F1 title threat

Juan Pablo Montoya believes Kimi Antonelli must remain mentally focused as pressure builds in the Formula 1 title fight

Former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya believes current championship leader Kimi Antonelli's biggest obstacle in the title race is his own mindset, urging the Mercedes garage to shield the teenager.

Antonelli still leads the drivers' championship heading into the Belgian Grand Prix, but his team-mate George Russell closed the gap to 25 points after finishing second at the British Grand Prix, while Antonelli finished 15th. Seven-time champion Lewis Hamilton follows closely in third for Ferrari, seven points behind Russell.

Speaking on the F1 TV Weekend Warm-up programme at Spa-Francorchamps, Montoya argued that Antonelli's biggest challenge in the championship fight is not getting distracted by what is happening around him in the standings.

“You grow up much faster at a go-kart track.”

Trackside takes viewers inside a grassroots Canadian karting club, where children as young as five race wheel-to-wheel at speeds over 100 km/h. It’s a revealing look at the sport, the young drivers, and the experiences that shape them both on and off the track.

A film by Marcus Eriksson—filmmaker, photographer, composer, and three-time karting champion.

On Sunday, Austin Cindric will drive a No. 2 Freightliner Ford inspired by the iconic black-and-gold paint scheme that NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace used to sweep the 1993 races at North Wilkesboro Speedway, Team Penske announced Monday.

The throwback in honor of Team Penske’s 60th anniversary comes just in time for North Wilkesboro’s return to the NASCAR Cup Series calendar, hosting a points-paying race for the first time since 1996 on Sunday.
