I'm trying to gain weight, and I'm kind of new ish to counting calories. This is my breakfast from a local restaurant, I have this plus a 16 oz iced chocolate latte with whole milk. The oatmeal is also made with whole milk, and I drizzle honey all over it.

I was surprised how sweet and good it was, but I don't see any calories on the menu. It mentions on the menu at the place that they also use "natural yogurt", whatever that means. And I think the container was like 400 - 500ml
Best guess is it's 300 - 400kcal based on other brand smoothies

Hello,
I am wondering if I eat all the kernels in the bag (bc I like to eat the rest of the unpopped at the end lol) will it add up to 240 calories or more because the manufacturers expect for some to go uneaten? I hope this makes sense Thank you

What do you guys estimate mayo on full size pub sub to be? If you have been you know they drown that thing in mayo, I estimate 400-500 calories for the mayo only usually, but not sure if I’m overshooting it.

I’m not sure if these are available in other areas, but these are kefir yogurt parfaits that are sold at farmers markets in Southern California. They are 8 oz, no sugar added (supposedly) and I believe they are made with labneh. What would you log an 8 oz container as?

I ordered 1/4 chicken, 1/4 lb lean brisket, side of green beans, side of mac and cheese.
I guessed around 1100-1200 for everything but I figured I could be way off. I looked up some of the numbers of individual items to get to this but I figure I could be off considering whatever oils and extra calories might be in this

hey guys! i’m going to restaurant called Fumo tomorrow. I am still trying to stay in my deficit and I know pasta can be super calorie dense. Out of the pastas listed on the menu what one would likely be the least cals? The last photo is a picture from a review for the pasta portion size. It looks like a pretty decent size. Thanks!

Im newer in my journey but I’ve been pretty consistent on my calorie counting journey. I’m tracking my calories to stay in a deficit but making sure I get enough protein etc etc. I’ll occasionally have a sweet treat if it fits into my deficit but today was huge reality check for me when that sweet treat is a drink. I got boba today, green milk tea, only 30% sweet, with aloe jelly and mango popping boba. Now I knew this was gonna be at least 200-300 cals, but it was damn near 400! I like to eat small but frequent meals throughout the day so this was pushing what an actual meal would be for me with like zero protein and added sugar. It was very good though and I’m not upset about it! Just made me more aware of eating what fuels my body and keeps me full longer.
Anyone got any stories like this of the time they realized exactly how many cals were in something they so blissfully were unaware of prior?
