When I was at SAIT taking a project management course Dickens Pub let us use the space for free for our fundraiser. I would check with them

If it was a ballpark figure why did you edit your comment then?

Last time I went to mucho it was genuinely so bad I threw it out. I don’t think I’ve ever done that in my life with food I’ve purchased with my own money. I don’t think I’ll ever go back, I love chipotle too much

Jesus Christ buddy. No one needs this kind of shit here.

It's possible he went anywhere.
We should all be on the lookout regardless of where we are in the city (or really, even outside of Calgary because you never know).
Pretend it was your child and act accordingly.

I fine with alerts but for gods sake make them silent

Some buses and trains don’t even have AC and the ones that do, the driver doesn’t control. It’s all preset and automatic.

It’s the best burrito in town but sometimes at 10pm on a Tuesday I want a burrito and they are closed up and far away. Wish they were open later and had a better location.

Indian here, super frizzy curly hair. Go to Ritz makeup studio. Not sure how much she charges for a blowout, but last time I got a cut- she gave me a blowout and it lasted until I washed my hair

I'm in Edmonton and my heart is breaking. I know that there are so many other missing children, I know Parker is so important to so many now. I will remember these tips should the unimaginable happen in Edmonton too. A few of us checked our Edmonton neighborhood (however unlikely) we just felt like we needed to do SOMETHING like anything. No family, child, frankly any person should have to deal with this. I'm proud of you calgarians

Because not all (most) buses are equipped with A/C to turn on.

Pretty presumptuous to assume they even have AC considering half of our train fleet predates smartphones.
If you ask the driver nicely, they might open the roof hatch.
r/Calgary • u/SimmerDown_Boilup • 14m ago
Even with open windows, AC will make a difference on most days with a packed bus.

The thing with a lot of Autistics, is that many don't have the same body cues, that let them know they're hungry, thirsty, need to poop, sleep, etc... as neurotypical people.

Also check deck and furniture boxes and under the deck furniture itself. Some of them aren’t very heavy so a child could easily lift and hide underneath the furniture or furniture covers

A bus driver got on my bus to take over an Saturday and said to the entire bus that he hoped we were writing complaints to transit because of the no AC.
So probably because he can’t and hates it even more than you do.

Ahh that’s interesting and good to know, Ontario is indeed very humid. That gives me some hope LOL

I don’t like Chipotle either but they have brand recognition and since they arrived in Calgary at least 3 Mucho locations have closed that I’m aware of. The market is saturated with very mid burrito chains.
r/Calgary • u/JebusHCrust • 17m ago
A lot of passengers will open the windows as soon as they sit down, so the AC won't work properly anyways.
r/Calgary • u/TaterTotsAndFanta • 17m ago
Because they have a fan two feet from their face

Thanks for the recommendation! Her work looks great, unfortunately it is a bit out of my budget :( Will recommend to others though!
r/Calgary • u/archer-86 • 18m ago
Good chance the AC is broken.
Not an issue of turning someothing on / off that can't be turned on.
