12.5 Roscoe Patrol build finished the other night. What a snappy shooter. Only other 12.5 I've owned is a Gordy build, but this intermediate gas system is nice. Polished GI trigger with 3.5 trigger spring is a dream. Did it as a budget build on an SBR'd lower. H2 Buffer and sprinco blue has it ejecting 2:30-3:00, might try an H3. Im happy with it, will be running it at the Zoo City shoot Aug 1. Just felt like sharing.

Both are WIP. Need a decent scope for the bottom rifle, I wanted a MK12 but didn’t want to pay MK12 prices.

For the comments about having the loaded mag and selector on “fire” it’s not racked. Thought being not have the spring under tension then putting it on safe after it’s racked. My other mindset is if I ever need my rifle in an oh shit moment. I can grab it off the wall, rack it and I’m ready to go. I know it’s not proper safety etiquette. I shoot but not a lot a lot (ammo is expensive) so my last thought if I have to grab it in an oh shit moment for example and forget to manipulate the safety. I guess it can go both ways and you can saw I’d forget to rack it . But it just makes sense to me to keep it like this 👍. To each is own

10.5” Anderson in 7.62. Nothin fancy but it works just fine, some light primer strikes but only on surplus ammo, if anyone’s got BCG/buffer tuning recs I’d appreciate it :)
