Now my long form videos that i spend 5 hours on gets no views.

Now it shows 5 random videos from my for you page and then at the end it might show the video with the exact key words I searched for, but before that it has to also show some other video with more views that partially matches the key words.

For me, it's Pierson (Wodzynski). Even though she's associated with Brent Rivera and among other similar channels, I like how it's different. I love her bubbly personality and she can be funny and a good actress to certain extent.

The bad qualities is that some of the videos maybe fake as well as the fact she now uses a lot of AI garbage thumbnails!

Recommendations of movies of all genres are welcomed.

i just remembered this recently. like 50% of profile pictures were this.

About 9 months ago youtube added a new really "fun" feature where whenever you click on a playlist to save a video to, it closes the window. If you have a lot of playlists that you assign individual videos to this basically makes the system completely unuseable.

I waited and waited... and well, since Youtube hasn't done anything about this in 9+ months, I asked Claude to take a look and he fixed it in about 15 minutes.

Here is a plugin you can add to chrome or a chrome based browser like Brave which fixes this problem. I would have put this in the original thread complaining about this, but it's locked.

The bookmark icons don't update correctly unless you close and re-open, but the add/remove from playlist updates immediately. It works and it makes the process SO MUCH BETTER.

Of course, it would be even better if Youtube just fixed the error but we all know how that goes.

This is just two simple text files. Extract it into a folder on your desktop. Then enable developer mode and go to your extensions panel and select 'Load Unpacked' or just have Claude make your own version or something.

If someone wants to clean this up and host it on github or something, feel free. This is not self promotion, i'm not selling anything. It's just a free tool you can use, or not.

I'll click on someone's account with over 1k videos and it will only show a handful, im not on restricted mode, ive cleared my cache and watch history, it seems to be tied to my account as it doesnt happen when im not signed in.

so I had to create 2 accounts Becuase my old one was terminated by Google becuase they thought I was under 13 (I am 14 to the day I am posting this) and i had to go through filling out the shit to acess advanced features a couple days later I get immediately DENIED and LOST INTERMIDIENT features how do I convince them that I’m old enough to use google/youtube?

For the past few days I've been getting a major bug

I'll be watching a video and the website becomes unresponsive. I can click off to another tab and that tab will function just fine (I'm typing this up while youtube is unresponsive), but I can't do anything on the page itself. And eventually the browser will ask me if I want to wait or kill the page.

Sometimes closing that tab and reopening it will fix it and sometimes I have to restart the computer. I've also tried clearing the browser's cache and reseting all the settings. I've reinstalled Windows and it still keeps happening on both Chrome and Firefox.

Will anybody read it if you post after hundreds of other posts with hundreds of likes?

I've noticed more 'edgier' comments with cursing and controversial topics. Not complaining, at all. I'm just surprised. Did Google actually listen to the complaints, from a few months back?

For almost 2 years, if you didn't have a YouTube account, just a Google one, you didn't receive any ads. Of course they were downsides like no recommendations, music or search history but I could still do things like make playlists.

A week ago they patched this and I am devastated.

Also can anyone let me know the best sub to post this in to find another workaround. I know some of you hate this but please.

I noticed that once I am done catching up with my Watch Later playlist, youtube has been automatically loading me into a random video that I didn't put into the playlist. Is there any way to turn off this behavior? Is anyone else having this problem?

I was hoping to buy a bupger but Shop, the site Simple uses, is very poorly rated. I really want to support the channel but I don’t want to get scammed so is simpleflips.shop a scam (I know I can just use apple pay but I want to make sure there isn’t anything fishy happening)?

Because that's what the home tab is for. When I go to my subscriptions, I want to see all my subbed channels in chronological order, not some random pick of videos. Seriously who approved this.

Recently, YouTube has been rolling out 90+ second unskippable ads on TVs, while ads on tablets/phones/computers are 10 seconds or even less.

I don't get any 90+ second unskippable ads on my TV, but most of my YouTube TV ads are 60 second unskippable ads.
