For a local con i got to finally dress as my first female character since transition

I've spent too much time drowning myself in sorrows lately. It's time to inject some positivity and focus on the good!

My egg finally cracked 2 years ago. Turns out, consistently joking over decades that I should have been born a lesbian, wasn't a joke afterall. At first I was terrified. Why now, why at this old age of 33? Couldn't I just forget this happened? But thanks to so many amazing supports from all around me, I went forward with transitioning. Literally, the best decision I have ever made.

HRT had some good initial growth but then kinda stopped doing anything. But honestly? Even if things stayed the same, I could live with that. Every day I look in the mirror after getting ready for work and I just get so much euphoria. Bonus euphoria if coworkers compliment my outfit or strangers call me Ms. My life still has a lot of issues but most of it really have nothing to do with me being trans.

It took a loooooong time getting here, but I've finally begun to love me and care for me, and for now, that's good enough for me to celebrate :3

Hi! So I’m new here, but not new to being genderfluid. I’ve been on a huge rollercoaster that I’m not going to get into much. I basically hated that I couldn’t just be happy with my clothes and my mom would tell me, “it’s like your style changes everyday!” When she said that I started looking into gender identities and found genderfluid. I used to hate myself and how I could never be happy with my own body even if I transitioned… but now idc. My friends accept me even tho they don’t fully understand. And have tried to do their best to get my pronouns right by making me bracelets to show what my gender is. Anyways thats only a bit of my story, but I don’t feel like diving deeper. Just wanted show how far I’ve came and how you should never give up on yourself!!!

The pic on the left is from today, the other one from around December, I have lost about 10 kilos on the last 4 months by going to the gym, I also started having healthier eating habits and overall I just feel great

I was already doing that a year ago, but depression hits hard some times... Anyways! I wish you all a very happy rest of July :3
