Cast Related Actors in other projects Megathread
Hi everyone,
I know we are all excited to see our favourite actors in other acting projects so it's not unusual to see them in other TV shows or movies as because that is after their job. But the posts are not related to the discussion of the TV show and it's characters.
We have allowed these posts in the past but from now on all posts related to a cast member's previous, present or future work will be directed to this Megathread.
Thank you!

MOD POST Amended Bye Laws
Amended By-Laws
Hi everyone!
On the eve of the premiere of Suits LA which I know most of us are looking forward to the Mod Team would like to bring your attention to some things.
We have amended some of the By-Laws of this firm...I mean Subreddit 😁
Some are small changes so please familiarise yourself with them. If you can't find the rules we will happily direct you to them. There is one big change and that is in relation to spoilers.
We will be relaxing the no spoilers in the comments policy. This means we will no longer be removing comments with spoilers in them. BUT if you are discussing a plot point with someone on a post where someone is a first time watcher then use the spoiler tags. Please have some consideration to the OP.
We do understand that there are new people coming here all the time and they are very welcome to be here but on the other hand the show has been over for 5 years.
The spoiler in the title policy will remain in place. Do not put a whole plot point in the title. It will be removed and you will be asked to repost it without spoilers.
KEEP IT CIVIL
Remember to respect each other's opinions. They may not agree with you so please keep it civil but please do not resort to name calling or being overly aggressive in your replies. If you don't have anything to contribute to the conversation then just read and scroll on by.
This is the number one rule of most subreddits yet we see pointless arguments, name calling and other silly stuff all the time. Reddit’s filters remove a lot of stuff as well which we often end up having to approve.
MODMAIL
Any messages directly related to the Subreddit should be sent via Modmail. Abusive messages will not be tolerated and can result in a permanent ban.
We will not respond to anyone who messages us privately about the subreddit. So if you have sent us a message and not received a reply then yes we were ignoring you!
REPORTS
If you are reporting a post or comment that ensure you have a genuine reason for doing so. If you are unsure about this then please send the modteam a modmail. Abuse of the Report Button will not be tolerated and will be reported to Reddit.
https://www.reddit.com/r/suits/s/tSFC00MVLB
REPETITIVE/RECENTLY POSTED/LOW EFFORT CONTENT
Repetitive posts will be removed. The intention is not to stifle the conversation but to create a more positive atmosphere on the Subreddit. We encourage new perspectives on the show. Please make sure you scroll down or do a search of the sub before posting.
If your post has been removed there will be a flair or note attached with the reason why.
https://www.reddit.com/r/suits/s/YsD1ERUleD
There has also been a lot of nonsensical silly low effort posts recently. These will be removed
RESPECTING THE CAST OF THE SHOW
There have been a number of posts or comments about the physical appearance of some of the cast members or comparing them to animals. These posts are not appropriate and will be removed. Feel free to report any of these posts if you see them.
Posts and comments about any of the actor's religious and political beliefs personal lives, rumours and gossip will be removed.
If you want to gossip or discuss politics there are other subreddits for that
https://www.reddit.com/r/suits/s/4dhTui8MJu
SUITS LA Mega Thread
We are happy to have episode discussions about the show on this subreddit. We will be having a episode discussion thread every week. Also if anyone wants to create a Suits LA subreddit then they are welcome to do so.
We have a Mega Thread so please post your comments on the show there.
https://www.reddit.com/r/suits/s/GerGRA4U9e
Now get the hell out of our office!
PS - I haven't spelt Bye Laws wrong. It's the way we spell it in Ireland 😂

Music from the Show 🎶 The music department on Suits deserves far more recognition.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how elite-tier the music department was on Suits?
From choosing “Greenback Boogie” for the opening credits, to the perfectly selected songs and melodies during the emotional scenes—especially those quieter moments involving Mike and whoever he was opening up to—the music always seemed to land exactly when it needed to.
It never felt randomly inserted or overly dramatic. The soundtrack genuinely elevated the scenes, strengthened the emotion and became a huge part of the show’s identity.
Just superb choices, time after time.

Music from the Show 🎶 Whats the song played in season 1 ep 10 right after the intro?
I'm tryna find this song but nothing comes up on song search, it plays in the scene where Jenny gives Rachel Mikes suit & she takes it to him in the file room- sounds so familiar but I can't place it :')

Character Related Louis Litt - best line
Season 9, Ep 4
“I’ve got Norma’s granddaughter temping on my desk. Guess what her name is…? Norma III, who does that?!
She’s got all her body odour with none of the competence. I would’ve been better off with the urn.”
Absolute gold, probably the best thing about this season.

Discussion Harvey best aura farming quote (season 1)
He obviously has too many way throughout the show so which quote of his purely from season 1 do you all like the most?
Mine would be “I refuse to answer that, on the grounds that I don’t want to”

Episode Related MacLaren’s Pub
I’m rewatching s2 e8, one of the flashback episodes. When they show the younger Mike and Trevor at the bar, it would have been really cool to see them at MacLaren’s Pub, just like HIMYM (How I Met Your Mother)

Discussion Mike's double standards !! Spoiler
Just saw a few episodes from season 2 (for third time) Im getting more and more frustrated with how annoying mike is getting.
- He doesn't want his relationship with Rachel to start with a lie.
- He did Liam / chung settlement and later found Liam was high. He hated himself since he was on wrong side of things.
Yet he keeps working as a lawyer without a license and sleeps with a married woman (tess) without any issues. Infact when Rachel asked him to resign he took a bigger office from Jessica and never resigned.
WTF ? Why selective moral policing ?

Discussion Who was the best addition to the cast of Suits after the original first-season lineup?
My ranking:
3. Robert Zane
2. Recurring/guest characters — Sheila Sazs, Brian Altman, Sean Cahill, Jack Soloff, Katrina Bennett.
1. Gretchen Bodinski
Gretchen is comfortably number one for me. She never felt like a replacement for Donna; she immediately became her own character and somehow felt as though she had always been part of the firm.
Who would you choose?

Spoiler Is Anita Gibbs the Hardest Character that Harvey and Mike Faced ? Spoiler
She know how to play this game and She is the character who always makes things difficult for Harvey and Mike whenever they meet. While watching the show, I always thought she was just as good as Harvey and Mike.

Spoiler One annoying character
Hi everyone, I am new to this subreddit.
I have seen Suits over 7 times because I like the initial seasons. What do we think about Jeff Malone?
My opinion is that he is so controlling and demanding for a guy who makes a lot of mistakes in his work, then gets angry when Jessica doesn't trust him. He throws tantrums over the smallest things. I find him so entitled and annoying. What are our thoughts on him?

Episode Related Why didnt Rachel talk to Louis?
So in the later seasons Rachel is ready to go to Law school. She remembers that Louis promised the firm would pay for law school. Somehow she decides to not bring it up to tie bills arrove and somehow she never made Louis sign a written agreement (remind you. She wants to be a lawyer..).
Anyway: she never asks Louis directly to pay for law school. She only tells him the story of a "friend" and ofcourse Louis being Louis says its dumb to not write the agreement down. But i believe if she told him outright that he promised her the firm would pay he would try to make it happen because he likes her and he also experienced some grow by than. I feel like she made it harder for herself by not confronting Louis. Nowshe needs to work for the firm to pay it off. Well i hope she learned from it.

First Time Watcher Is Suits PG-13?
I am from India. My dad has retired and since there isn't much of a hobby culture here, to spend time he turns to movies/series and as there aren't many good options here.. he watches any illogical, mindless B-grade crap available. Not that he is complaining :) but I would like him to watch something more engaging.
I have managed to find Suits in a local dubbed language.
What I wanted to know is there any nudity, long passionate kissing scenes or any other such explicit content in the series?
I have watched the series but it has been too long & I don't remember much of it.
A quick kiss, man & woman in bed but no nudity is now somewhat common in Indian media as well so that should not be any issue.
Thanks

Discussion the First scenes of Dana Scott in season 1 is actually a blooper kept in
if you noted in season 1 ep 6 when the client hands Scott and Harvey the hotel card, she miss the grasp the first one and accidentally said "oops", after that she turn away from the camera and laugh for a split second and recover as the whole scene is a 1 long shoot. They kept it in instead of retaking the shoot.

Discussion Forstman was heavily underutilized.
I think Charles Forstman was one of the best villains the show has to offer, but I think the Forstman and Hardman teamup should've been saved for the the season finale and made a much bigger deal than it was.
For example, Hardman and Tanner teaming up was nice and everything, but throughout series by the time Forstman was arrested, he seemed like this all-can-do figure with unlimited money that was out to get Harvey every chance he got, but I feel like that's all he was. When he was arrested, I was kind of disappointed he wasn't a bigger threat.
