Other I think I’m in love
I met a wonderful lady from across the country (Canada) while traveling to Mexico. We started a long distance relationship and we travelled a few times to each other houses.
I barely talked about my passion for Lego and when I arrived at her place yesterday, she surprised me with this set…
If that’s not a sign of love, i don’t know what that is. Hehehe

Deals Someone Please Invent This
I found a 13 gallon bag full of Lego for sale on Offer Up for $20, so of course I raced across town to get it. Inside in a cool green technic car, a half-built-with-unopened-bags Jeep Rubicon, two or more electric motors, approximately 7,000 1x1 and 1x2 pieces, maybe 400 Mega Blok pieces, and an absolutely gag-inducing amount of hairs. 🤢🤢🤢
I am on day three of separating the parts from the 🤢 trash and nearly to the bottom of the bag, where there appears to be a whole lot more 🤢 of that stuff.
Unfortunately, those things you stick in the washer to pull pet hair off your clothes ALSO stick to Lego. 😭 So I need some genius to invent a Lego hair remover, like, yesterday. PLEASE 😩😩🥺

LEGO® Set Build White House build
I found this one a little repetitive, with so much of the technique for the micro scale windows being repeated throughout, but I’m happy with the overall finished effect.

Question Dusting Lego with Alcohol?
So my current process for dusting my sets is make up brush and air blower to get most of dust off and the dust vacuum to really get everything off and that works good but I’m wondering if like dipping my brushes in some rubbing alcohol would help get dust but also remove any oils and such? And if I’m
Blowing it the alcohol would dry fast but don’t know if this will cause a negative affect wanted to ask Reddit

Question Advice Need: D&D Red Dragon's Tape (Retirement, GWP etc.)
Hi all,
After a year of helping my 5yo daughter build a whole bunch of Lego, I've drummed up the will to myself something big as a treat. I had a bunch of sets in mine but, as a D&D fan, I think I've settled on Red Dragon's Tale.
I'm new to the ins and outs of how the Lego product cycle works, and tried to do some research myself. But I still have a couple of questions before committing to the purchase and your advice would be appreciated:
- Earlier in the month I saw the Sea Serpent was available as a GWP. It looked cool but unfortunately it passed me by. Then there was a Disney TV that I thought my kid would like, but again I hesitated for whatever reason and that one passed me by too. Now there aren't any GWPs available and the small amount of research I've done seems to indicate it's unclear what/when would be coming next. Is that right? Should I wait for a future GWP or is something unlikely to come up soon?
- Linked to the above, I understand the D&D set will be retired soon. After the retirement date, will the set still be available to buy on the Lego online store, while stocks last? Or should I be looking to pull the trigger on the purchase before the retirement date?
Thanks in advance for any help/advice. Totally fine if the answer to both of these is just 'Don't stress it and just buy the set you want now'. I want the set and will be happy to have it - I just want to be sure I'm not missing out if I buy now, only for a great GWP to come up that maybe me/my kid would enjoy.
Edit: Sorry I should say I'm in the UK where stock still seems ok, compared to the US where it seems to be harder to find.

Question Real LEGO universe!
This is our LEGO universe, where we simulate the real world. It is home to almost 400 LEGO figures.
The world consists of six independent countries. Each country has its own capital, government, and military.
There is one shared currency called LEGO Money. Since there’s money, there are also businesses and companies. We have car repair shops, restaurants, retail stores, trucking companies, and many other types of businesses.
We’ve tried to recreate almost every aspect of real life—even things like illegal drugs exist in our universe.
What are we missing? What else should we build or invent? We’d love to hear your ideas!

Minifigures Just got these yesterday. Absolutely the best minifig series ever done.
It's almost a tragedy there wasn't a second series or any Muppet sets released. These are all 10/10.

Question Storage sorting?
Hi all,
I was wondering what you all do for storage sorting your bricks that is most efficient to you? I’ve been off and on sorting all of my loose bricks and keep going back and forth between solely sorting by colour of the bricks, and then solely sorting based off the type of brick. I feel like sorting by colour is probably easiest, but if I’m wanting to build a moc or see if I can build a set from my loose bricks, I am going to have to sift through that entire bin to find 1 piece.
Maybe one day I would be able to have 5-10 small bins for each brick types colour for easiest access, though I do not have that much storage😅

MOC Part two of making my TV robot OC
1st image is the finished upper torso and neck.
2nd image is the inside of the back, showing some of the Technic inside.
When I make it irl, it shouldn't bend over due to the two joints on all parts in the spinal segment. Right now, the figure is about 12 inches tall (30.5 cm).
