He didn’t want war! He simply wanted to sell his countries resources, to Europe and China.
Who’s the biggest net exporter of oil and gas because that is your answer. Ukraine is a proxy

Here who come? If memory serves, Russia (who didn't want war) launched an invasion (so definitely not a war, only special military operation) and has continued that invasion for 4 years. How does Putin not want war?
