It doesn’t mean they worry about harmony and acceptance from the school class or work office, I think they just ignore it, I mean validation from important people like family, love couple or close friends

My boss pushes me to do more and take more responsibility. She believes that "I can do much more than that".

It's not like I'm doing bad. I do pretty average and I'm satisfied with it. My contentment seems to trigger her.
