I wish more artists would have their own dedicated events somewhat regularly like SZP and Nightcraft. It feels like most artist bookings are for singular 30-45 minute timeslot slots at a festival. That can feel very fleeting, especially if you don’t live in or near the Netherlands and can’t frequently attend European festivals. It would be nice to have more opportunities to get more of an individual artist than you can from just one festival timeslot. Those events also attract a more dedicated crowd for that particular artist than you would find at a festival.

Friends and I went to VWAB outdoor two weeks ago and consider going to indoor as well. It’s only a long long time ago since any of us has been to an indoor party.

Hey guys, as I know some of you are DJs/Producers.. I would like your advice on starter decks for a novice.
I’ve posted on here before with a lot of success so thankyou everyone who helped me with producing my own songs (and to the people continuing to help me as we speak!)
What is a good recommendation for starter decks? I got told by a friend the DDJ FLX4 would be a good choice but hoping to hear from people within the scene that have had experience with it too! Any other advice is appreciated thank you all so much.

Jokes aside, is incredible how they managed to stay relevant after so many years, & still deliver banger after banger.

I'm thinking about picking up either DUNE 3 or Sylenth1, but I can't decide.

My main goal is making really thick Hardstyle leads. From what I know, Sylenth1 has been the go-to synth for Hardstyle for years, and there are tons of preset banks available. On the other hand, I've seen a lot of people saying that DUNE 3 is actually the better synth overall.

I also want to produce a lot of uplifting trance, especially big atmospheric pads and lush sounds, so versatility is important too.

If you had to choose only one, which would you go for and why? Is Sylenth1 still worth buying in 2026, or is DUNE 3 the better investment? I'd love to hear from people who have used both.

So last weekend I went to Dominator, and also to Doris her set at the frenchcore stage on Saturday. Afterwards, our group went to her fanmeet, and there she recognised me as one of the dinosaurs from the video she did the day before, which led to some laughs with the group. Eventually, her tour manager came to me and asked: "you want a Doris Towel? You could post it on Reddit or something."

So yeah, here it is I guess. Dominator was fun :D
