Had some really good fries at a wing place recently, and I posted here asking what the style was called. Boardwalk fries! So then it was down the Reddit and YouTube rabbit hole to learn to make them, and I'm super happy with how they came out.
Hand-cut russets, fried in peanut oil at 325, fried again at 375, salt, apple cider vinegar, and 😋

SW Steakhouse in Vegas. mind blowing. they were that good.
