I’m a flat man, but all they had at Safeway was drums. Anyway, can’t wait to eat them! Hope everyone is eating well tonight!

Brined for 24hrs. Marinated for 24hrs. Smoked low and slow for an hour, then cranked the heat up to 400+ degrees. Perfection 👌🏾

Marinated for a couple days in pickle juice and some jalapeño brine. Added a nice flavor but next time I'm going to let them soak a few more days longer to try and get an even stronger flavor.

Sweet baby ray Mango Habenero, BWW Honey Garlic, BWW Asian Zing, and Jack Daniels Sweet and Spicy.
They were amazing and the family loved them! So crispy on the outside. Did indirect heat on charcoal grill until 170F then sauced them and threw them on the heat to 190F. So juicy with that crispy crunch!

4 lbs cooked just under an hour with baking powder and spices.
Yum!

Got tired of the air fryer not getting crispy enough. I pulled the deep fryer out and used mostly corn oil and some vegetable oil to top off to minimum in the fryer. It's small so it only holds a single order but I am ready to go.

These were much more golden before adding a green-ish sauce that made them look pale. They were still crispy afterwards nonetheless. We dried the wings then coated in very light potato starch before double-frying (once at 340 for 8 minutes then again at 375 for 2-4). Sauced with a butter, sansho pepper (S&B sansho), and wasabi sauce, immulsified after melting. We then dipped them in a Kewpie mayo, wasabi, mirin sauce with a splash of rice vinegar and a dash of more sansho. My girlfriend doesn't usually care that much about wings (or mildly dislikes them if they're slimy inside) but she immediately asked for more. Highly recommended!

Looking for some advice, will be traveling next week from Buffalo to Ocean City, and will want to get some wings on national chicken wing day (7/29). Wondering if we have any locals on here that can point me in the right direction. Definitely want to stay on the island and not go into the main land anywhere. I was there last summer and had some wings at Fish Tales, they were honestly pretty good for being outside of WNY, but I'm hoping i can find something a little better.... any tips welcomed, thanks!

Hello! I'm thinking about starting a food truck specializing in wings and would definitely have all the classic flavors of wings, what about any unique flavors you could think of? What would you want to see?

Had a lot of people asking about the Costco party wings on my last post, so I added a pic of the label. You truly can’t beat the price of them!
Seasoned with Meat Church Hickory bbq rub, and sauced in rows with Blues Hog wing sauce, Franks Buffalo wing sauce, and Meat Mitch naked whomp sauce.

Gochujang Garlic w/ Sesame Seeds &
Comeback City Big Buffalo. Also had a side of their high heat Bobanero for the extra spice I prefer.
Lightly breaded and fall off the bone tender. The dip is their homemade sour cream and onion along with pickled celery. I’ve posted this restaurant wings before, so let’s not get into the whole celery debate of who likes pickled celery and who doesn’t and why you’d rather have fresh celery or blue cheese. This is a wing sub folks.

$16 CDN for a lb of wings, add $2 for drums only or flats only. Located on browns line, the pub has great atmosphere with live music and cheap pints - a combo that can never go wrong. Lightly breaded with perfect sauce ratio

If I'm gonna have undersized wings, I'd rather pay a bit less and make them at home myself. Came out great 😁

Saucy Kansas wings. Garlic S&P wings. S&P thighs. There was a lot more but after the kids had their share this is what dads left with.

If you’re from Phoenix or ever find yourself there, I highly recommend checking this place out. Personally these are the best wings I’ve ever had. They’re the perfect amount crispy and tender with amazing flavors that complement the wings perfectly. The ones pictured are Garlic Parmesan and Midwest BBQ. I don’t live in Phoenix anymore so unfortunately I’m not able to conveniently eat these, but man have they set the gold standard for wings for me personally.

Very true to the original buffalo style wings. I was actually pretty impressed how similar they were to the buffalo mainstays, and their garlic buffalo wings had crazy tang. There are only 3 things on the menu; wings, hotdogs, and fries. If you’re in Toronto and mourning the loss of some of the big players, I’d say this is a place to definitely check out. My only (minor) gripe, is that the blue cheese didn’t have the chunk i was looking for
