i died in a tight room with 3 masks while having 1 heart, i had haemolacria and polyphemus, i had around 40 dmg but i had 0.55 firerate so masks kept blocking me and i died to them GENUIENLY pmo image unrelated

I've never gotten a room clear with rewards before killing all enemies, unless the doors are blown up or you teleport out. is there something else i'm missing?

It’s my second run for the rock bottom and i have 3 Q4 items and 60 coins on 3rd floor, 3 treasure rooms in a row were Q4 items. Is it just luck or something with character that i don’t know?
