Just getting into airsoft and want to jump straight into a gbbr. Want a good close-mid range option as i play indoors mostly. Thinking between the Tokyo Marui MWS or Novs SSQ22. Whichever one that is most reliable, upgradable and hopefully be my first and last gun. For my secondary im set on the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa. Let me know if I need any modifications or upgrades before I do purchase. I don’t have a budget so I am open to any suggestions even if it’s a aeg or hpa just as long as it’s reliable.

hello, i have files to make the m41a mk2 over a Thomson and i was wondering 2 questions about my particular Thomson to bring new life to it out of storage. the base Thomson i want to modify is the gameface GMSMG.

1: can the GFSMG can be modified to be compatible with 20-30 rd. style cyma or similar magazines since the shell wont allow for drum magazines since the ammo counter, electronics and batteries would be stored in that area. i also found 3d printable magazines based around the cyma magazines and looking at those as i can model them with the m41a bottom magazine plates built in

2: can the rifle be striped down to the point the last image is pictured. i need to know if i can unscrew/Dremel off the picatinny rail, the foregrip, the pistol grip and the sights so i can slip the kit on with minimal adjustments

Has anyone had any experience with these? Buddy has one in his gun but his selector plate was different than mine, and I’m running into an issue with the optical sensor not registering full auto. Can’t seem to find any videos or really anything on the install for this thing. Any help from someone who has experience with these would be appreciated.

I'm trying to make myself a ghillie suit and am looking for a base and I'm trying to find something that'd work well and ideally not be too expensive. I'm looking for a hood/coat/whatever the ones on the images are (I already have a ghillie boonie and I don't think I'll need pants that much). I also already have screen camo to put on the ghillie, but nothing else yet.

So far, I'm deciding between these 2 bases (though if you have other ideas, feel free to tell me):

1. Nov's 3D Leaf Shoulderpiece (79€) - it seems pretty nice, a friend is using it for his ghillie, so I know it'll prob work well, but it's Novritsh, so I'd rather check other opinions first.
2. FOSCO Sniper Jacket (53.76€) - a lot cheaper option (+ it kinda looks like the base Airsoft Camman is using and he is my main inspiration + point of refference for this), but it doesn't have any leaves already on it like Nov's does, I have no idea about FOSCO's reputation, and the sleaves look suspiciously short.

What reputation do these suits and their companies have? What would yall recommend?

Anyone else running a full ACETAC setup?

I've become a huge fan of ACETAC Gear. To the point where I've pretty much bought almost their entire lineup.

I'm not really a "gear whore" who buys every new thing that drops—I just like sticking with one ecosystem that works. So far the quality, modularity, and value have been solid for me.

I'm curious:

- Who else here runs mostly ACETAC?

- What's your current loadout?

- What do you like or dislike after real range time or field use?

- Have you compared it against Crye, Ferro, Spiritus, Haley, or other brands?

I'd love to see pictures of your kits and hear what you've changed or kept stock.

I'm pretty impressed by this thing. From the factory the shimming was nice, the gears are beefy, the motor has a ton of torque, compression is outstanding, and the piston has full steel teeth.

It is a bit heavier than they say on the site. As it sits now with the lighter Krytac modular upper, it's 5 pounds 10 ounces. Most of the weight is the gearbox shell.

It takes krytac mags, krytac upper and hop unit, and a 260mm inner barrel fits very nicely without going past the threads.

I love it. I threw in a brushless motor, steel edgi tbb, 4uad bucking and nub, and used the krytac chamber it came with. All it needs now is a futuristic paint job to match.

My only gripe about it is that the SI muzzle device it comes with is plastic, pinned through with the only way of removing it to pull it out, and the front orange cap is not only pinned to the front of it, but super glued on. You also have to pull the pin out as the hole for it isn't drilled all the way through. So.. annoying. Manageable, but annoying.

Also, Are Army Armements lower easy to dissassemble? Should i do it by myself with no experience, or go to a proffessional?

I'm hoping someone who's successfully installed a Perun HPA Trigger Board V3 with a PolarStar F2 in a V3 gearbox (specifically the CYMA MP5K CM041L) can help.

The F2 works perfectly with the stock PolarStar trigger board, so I know the engine, FCU, and solenoids are all good.

After installing the Perun:

• It powers up normally.
• Sensor Check detects the trigger correctly.
• The standard magnet that came with the HPA trigger board, and Perun Clicker is working.
• Solenoids are wired correctly (J2/J3).

The problem is that when I pull the trigger, nothing happens. No nozzle movement, no poppet movement, no solenoid clicks.

I've gone over the wiring several times and can't figure out what I'm missing.

Has anyone run into this before, or is there a common "gotcha" when installing the Perun HPA board on an F2?

It's seemingly a bit difficult to find much marketed specifically to fit a P90, and the brand I had gotten years ago and now currently have laying around was "Softair". Was curious, would other P90 components that specify they're for another brand still be compatible as long as it's based off of the same model? I wanna rebuild it completely and I'm trying to decide whether I gotta source all the parts individually, or if I could potentially, if I see this being a better option, drop in a completed Krytac gearbox.

Also curious if there's websites out there apart from Evike, air rattle, amped air, and airsoftgi for parts that are reliable.

I've yet to bust it open and actually take a look at what's inside, but is there anything special about the P90s version 6 gearbox? Or should any version 6 marketed internals fit?

Thought I'd stick em my helmet and see how well it'd work when I go play.

I think the next idea is to install them unto my cap that I run with on a regular and see how that goes.

I've bought a VFC Ak-105 and want to mod it, but I've not found many sources on aftermarket compatibility.

I know some LCT parts will fit like the dovetail and B-10M, and that Zenitco parts more or less work. However, I'm apprehensive about buying from Zenitco.

What companies can I buy from (preferably available in Canada) that sell compatible aftermarket parts with minimal to no modification necessary?

Kryrac MkIII Spr-M w/ Matrix S6 LPVO & RMR combo, SLR N.O.T.A.S. E-Shooter Tracer Unit and Harris M-Lok Bipod

I’m honestly not familiar at all with AEG tech as I primarily use gas guns. Been looking to get an LCT RPK but before I drop $400+ I wanted to know what major differences there could be between these two and if it’s worth to spend the extra cash for someone who isn’t immediately tearing into the gearbox to upgrade.

I live in Germany and we have regulation on full auto over 0.5 joule so so you guys know any AKs with 0.5 joule or less. I saw a lot of them on softair.zone but I don’t know if it’s a trustworthy site + they never have anything in stock.

This is my fully 3D-printed airsoft sidearm. The original design was made by PROOF, and I received permission to modify it for commercial use. It shoots at roughly 100 FPS and uses a tension-powered system, so you don’t need to rack the slide between shots.

Also, how much would you guys pay for something like this? I'm thinking about selling something similar in my shop, so I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Hey everyone, so I've been dealing with an annoying issue and I'm wondering if anyone can help. I bought an Elite force tac 1911 a few months ago and I want to run a suppressor on it, but unfortunately the orange thread adapter that came with it already broke off. I've been trying to figure out what adapter I can buy that would work, I've tried 11mm but it's too small, and I've tried 12mm which won't even thread into the inner barrel. I have a pair of calipers and I measured inside the barrel to get just shy of 11mm, but like I said the 11mm thread adapter won't even catch the threads. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong???

I’m doing a milsim lite event in a month. The only thing I’m really missing is a radio and headphones. They aren’t required but it’ll probably make life easier.

Just something reliable, doesn’t have to be the best. So maybe $200ish CAD for headphones/hearing protection? Don’t need legit tactical range gear for airsoft, unless there’s a cheap reliable option. I’ve done a bit of reading on Reddit. Decided to stay away from earmor.

Radio wise I’ll probably grab something that’s baofeng brand. Reviews seem to be good and don’t break the bank.

Any advice/suggestions are welcome!
