Don't trust me? Try using the triton enrollment authorization system. Takes 5 minutes for a request to register and you have to manually type in the instructor name because the dropdown was broken.

Even if they can fix the post-launch crashing, it's still a hot piece of garbage from a UI and responsiveness standpoint

Already posted a few hours ago regarding a similar situation, but right now while the rest of TSS is relatively smooth when I try to book courses it still says “booking successful” and then the page refreshes and there is still no status saying “Booked” nor are the courses still showing up on my front page. Is anyone else also having this problem? Do I just solve it by spamming “Book” until one time is successful? I’ve done it so many times but still nothing yet :(

hi! i saved the classes I was planning to enroll in on my TSS homepage as shortcut tiles (the website let me do this as recently as yesterday night) but now when I try to go to my homepage it glitches back to my main student screen and i can't use the shortcut tiles anymore. has anyone tried the same and is it working for you guys?

Anybody been able to book any math courses. I’ve been unable to enroll in MATH 18 and my friends not able to enroll in MATH 20C. Anyone else?

Hi I am an incoming BS/MS student for life science stream 2 and I’d like to ask if anyone of this cohort experiencing the same issue as I did.

When I tried to enroll in BGGN 275 and 276, it says waitlist only (from last night to this morning) but with open seats of 35. Last night, i assumed it wasn’t open for registration yet but this morning at my enrollment time, it was still ‘waitlist only’. Is this a systematic issue for biology department or it’s because there are zero seats left for this class.

it also said that ‘this section isn’t open to my major’ and asks me to submit TEA request. But the TEA portal says I don’t need to request this.

I’m lost. Anyone having the same problem?

trying to book my classes and keeps getting a message saying that my booking is cancelled?? like why is my booking not going through and why tf is my shit getting cancelled? anyone else having this happen to them?

I understand your frustrations. I am an advisor in a college and we have been ringing the alarm bells over and over. This system never should have gone live, we have reported this several times but it has fallen on deaf ears to the chancellor’s office because they don’t want to spend the extra money to fix the system, so it was a response of: “we’ll make it work.” Well. It’s not working.

I urge you to take your complaints to the chancellor’s office. They ignored staff warnings that this system was not ready to go live. They didn’t listen. Maybe they will listen to the students instead.
