I’ve never ever been one of those people that thinks matcha tastes like grass. I’m convinced they say it because they drink matcha like this 😭 all of the powder collected in the bottom, it was so watery and way too sweet. Just tasted like sugar water with a hint of green 😭😭😭 yall do notttt get the Timmies matcha! I knew it wouldn’t be good but I didn’t know it would be thisss grosssss

I just had the Chilli and a turkey club sandwich for lunch. Both were delicious and the coffee is better too. I think they are starting to come back

Tim Horton has become actual garbage in the last few years, my grandpa went out to get some food for all of us and he decided to go to Timmie’s because it’s the closest thing to our house, he texted me and asked what I wanted, I said “two farmers wraps and a medium iced Capp” simple right? One of the most popular Timmie’s items and a very popular combo people get. He comes home and I take a bite of what I thought was a farmers wrap, and it was a chicken bacon ranch wrap, I asked my grandpa what happened and he said “the workers said they had no clue what a farmers wrap was” excuse me?! Do they even work there? I don’t know a single person in my personal life that doesn’t know what that is besides my grandpa who is old and doesn’t eat wraps which is understandable, thank god I like chicken bacon ranch wraps as well and it used to be my go-to, not to mention they also made the wraps smaller a while ago so that’s why I got 2 just in case, anyways I take a sip of my iced Capp, and it’s just liquid, no slush/ice at all, it’s all at the top and mixing it well doesn’t even work 1/3 timmies in my rual town makes iced Capps properly nowadays. My biggest question is, how do you work at Timmie’s and you don’t know what a farmers wrap is, and why wouldn’t you look for it in the system if you didn’t know? I work retail. I know every product we sell, and if I didn’t I’d figure it tf out if a paying customer was requesting it, I find this ridiculous.

This is what we were handed AFTER going back and asking them to remake it. The drink is supposed to be a Large Vanilla Soda Swirl.
Is this normal? It was literally all sweet cream. I’m pretty sure they just changed the lid and gave us the same drink over again. This is also with nothing drank, so not even full, and like 4 pieces of ice. Crazy

Easily my favorite drink from Tims right now, specifically because of the cold foam. Does anyone know what actually goes into that cold foam? Or better yet, any current/former Tims baristas know what syrups or bases you guys use for it? Trying to recreate it at home, so if you’ve managed to clone it (or know the actual ingredients/ recipe), please drop your tips/recipes below because I would love to make it at home! Thanks in advance!!

Does ANYONE know the brand of flavouring syrups tims uses??
I am, or, was a Caramel icecap addict. First they had to fix something that isnt broken.
They changed it to "caramel toffee" it was slightly different, but still delicious.
Now AGAIN theyve changed it to "caramel churro" which is sooooo freaking disgusting. Its like someone had pumpkin spice latte and burped into it. Its GROSS.
I dont understand why they would ruin the most basic and popular coffee flavoring!!! Im crushed.
Im curious if anyone knows a dupe or the brand they use. Id be willing to mix it into my cap myself
Someone please help 😫 the caramel icecap was all i had .
Thankyou!! 🧊 ☕️ ❤️

They aren't for myself. I occasionally get a multi pack for my workplace.

Is it just me or does the training procedure suck at Tim Hortons?
I recently got hired (been working for almost 3 weeks now) and I feel like my supervisors/coworkers have not taught me anything. Anything that I do know is from making mistakes, which leads to me getting yelled at, and the non-informative (in my opinion) training videos. They haven’t really shown me where anything is. I just feel like I should know a lot more after almost 3 weeks of working here.
I feel like I’m a burden to my coworkers since they’re always bothered or annoyed whenever I ask questions. Just today somebody yelled out “it feels like I’m babysitting a kid,” because I didn’t know where they store the drink trays since it wasn’t with everything else in the back.
It’s honestly so discouraging and frustrating to deal with. I’ve thought about quitting multiple times, not even because it’s high stress or I don’t like customer service, but more-so it feels like my presence causes problems for everyone else because I don’t know better and basically no one is willing to help.
Basically just writing this post to see if it’s a me problem or other people are dealing with it or have dealt with it before.

After my infusion, a stop by.
Not even a rainy, gloomy day will stop me from getting a perfect grilled cheese.
The other half?
My stomach claimed it🤭

Ordered an Oreo ice cap in the drive thru. Got to the window and paid before the worker said they’re out of ice caps (I think she meant the machine was down). Then… she just stared at me. I asked for a refund and she said maybe I can order something else instead. I said no I’ll take the refund and she said she had to ask her manager. The manager comes out and gives the same spiel about ordering a coffee instead. The coffee is significantly cheaper than an ice cap. Give me the refund. He gave it to me in the end but why the push back? Is this a new thing?

So I got hired this past week and I've been in training. There was no interview. The guy who hired me said this was an easy job but it's day 2 and Im already thinking of quitting lol. Now at the end of day 2,I am getting told that my trainer is not going to be there for tomorrow and the rest of my training and yhat ill be by myself. I resigned myself to accept this job because I can't find anything else but I am the type of person to thrive in an office type job but not this. I actually want to quit right now.

no better way to start my morning off on a bad note than by grabbing a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese and then bite into it expecting a sweet cinnamon flavour only to taste garlic/onion for 2-3 bites. I’d say this happens 30-35% of the time I get a bagel at Tim Hortons - no matter which one I get it from. Assume it’s coming from the knife used to cut the bagel which cut an Everything bagel before mine. Anyways, it’s super annoying & it’s almost put me off Tim’s totally. A bagel is about the only thing I’ll still eat from there occasionally.
this happen to anybody else?

I just got one for the second time in a row. Honestly, they're really good when they're right out the oven. For the price I don't think it can be beat. Same with donuts, they're good for what you pay if they haven't been sitting out all day.
