After seeing the (overwhelming) results of our poll, the community has decided that they do not want AI generated images in any form to be posted to the sub. As of today we have a new rule:
"Rule 10 - No AI Images"
Going forward, any posts that have made use of generative AI for it's images will be removed. This includes editing game screenshots using AI tools.
Thanks to everybody that voted.

I saw this ship from this post and thought it was one of the coolest designs I've seen! I just had to make one of my own, it's such a badass design

Named after my dog who is going through a rough time right now.
Had to build a new ship for the first time in months after seeing ASC Taiyo. Dealing with some crashing issues after such a long time away, so this ship is now in a lost save, but I thought Iâd post what I could.

Here is one more ship concept, using the new ASC Taiyo engines with a new wing formation.

The FISHBONE is a Class C pirate ship. Its disturbing appearance, reminiscent of the fossil of a marine predator, is the reason it is known by that name. Its exoskeleton, composed of an alloy of caelumite and titanite (resembling a bone structure), protects the internal components "suspended" at its center. Built by Baltic Midori based on a secret design stolen from House Va'ruun of the Veth'aal, the FISHBONE was first sold to the highest bidders at a military auction, then subsequently stolen by a pirate of the Crimson Fleet (and modified by the expert hands of Jasmine "Jazz" Durand, the brilliant engineer of the "Key"), making it one of the most feared pirate ships in all of Starfield.

More shipbuilding with ASC Taiyo. I think I'll keep this one around for a bit.

Hey everyone, after a bit of a break I've started work on my next Ship Parts Creation.
Just kicking off but planning to release to PC/Xbox/Ps5 this year.
Aiming to evoke classic sci-fi pulp novel covers with a retro-futuristic, cassette futurism feel.
Analogue ships. Digital stars.

While you can find abandoned Colony War era UC Listening Posts throughout the Settled Systems you wonât find the FC equivalent. The highly classified SR-206 ships are the reason why.
The FC took a Stroud-Ekland freighter, added a section of hull, strapped on another engine and equipped it with a variety of internal and external intelligence gathering equipment.
These ships would lurk in asteroid fields on the outer edges of systems and listen. Theyâd gather as much information as possible before either following a transmission back to its source then calling in a strike team or moving on to repeat the process somewhere else.

Hello there fellow explorers. Iâve finally finished building the ship I plan to use for my adventures, however Iâve come across a dilemma. Although we have an assortment of communities dedicated to exterior ship design, I strain and struggle to find a community, or inspiration, for the interior of my ship. Unfortunately my background file is unknown and I woke up with amnesia and had to get a random job mining on Mars, so Iâm not the most creative. I would love suggestions for how you all find inspiration for filling the inside of your flying homes.
I look forward to your feedback moonwalkers đ¤đ˝
