How to get a natural looking boobjob?

Thumbnail gallery
2 Upvotes

I’m a petite woman, 150cm and I weight 39kg or 85lbs, I had been planning on getting a boobjob but the thing is that I despite the fake looking bolted-on boobs that I sometimes see with boobjobs… I really dislike that look and I want to avoid it.

what can I comment on my surgeon so that he can make it as natural as possible? There’s this option on teardrop implants or maybe I should go for saline instead of silicone?

For photos reference that is how I want them to look

Is it possible to achieve having these really big boobs with a small frame?
I look forward to your opinion, thank you:)

Removing breast implants

I’ve been contemplating this for a while now and lately the pull has been super strong but I’m a little nervous because I really don’t want to have to get a lift and go through that major surgery. The only person I know who has had them removed had to get a lift as well and it just looks so painful!

Long story short - is a lift mandatory or were you able to just get them removed without? How bad was the recovery compared to getting them down.

A little about my implants, I got them done when I just turned 21 in 2011, I had them checked early 2020 because I had lost some weight and noticed rippling but my plastic surgeon and he said the implants themselves look great (have good amount years on them still) and it’s just my fat loss and skin. He said to fix that he could just inject some fat (or filler). Didn’t end up getting it done and it’s been fine. Fast forward we’re here in 2026 and I’m 36 years old and about 105lbs (I’m a small person). Now I just want them out and miss my flat chest 😭 - also no kids if that makes a difference (yet at least! Plan on having them)

5.5 weeks post op. Motiva Round 245cc Moderate profile plus. Under the muscle with an anchor lift. Why are the jolting out from my chest so that my bra won't sit down on my clavicle. Panicking it looks worse in person. Im wearing my stabilizer band since day one. I'm panicking as they are so unnatural looking. I don't see anyone else who was done by the same surgeon look like this.

Trancutaneous mid cheek lift caused lower eyelid malposition - please help

Hi everyone, I’m currently struggling deeply right now after a plastic surgery procedure left me botched.

I’ve always been insecure about festoons / malar bags (a bump on my cheek that looks like a bulge). Since young, people would sometimes ask me if I hurt myself so this used to always bother me. I was always very attractive and naturally pretty but this was my biggest insecurity.

In December last year, I underwent a procedure with a plastic surgeon to improve the cheek bump. This involved making an incision under my lower lashline and smoothening out the bump but in doing so I’m now left with lower eyelid retraction where my eyelids don’t hug my eyeball tightly and my eye shape has changed.

The sad part is I’m now 14 weeks pregnant and can’t even do a revision surgery to improve the situation. Above all, I feel very stuck and based on my research have also come to learn that this is a very complicated fix with no guarantee of lasting a lifetime.

What more can I do? I am no longer my old self. I’m depressed and have great anxiety.

Please help me with any advice. Thank you.

Is there such thing as insurance for cosmetic surgery (for adverse reactions) or what were your experiences with a surgeon if a complication occurred?

Wondering if there is such thing as insurance for adverse reactions to plastic surgery or experiences as to how/if your physician was willing to accomodate due to complications resulting from plastic surgery?

I am intending to get a breast augmentation, but one of my main concerns is if I have to get them removed due to adverse reactions or complications. I have not gone to any consultations yet, so I am wondering if this is even something others have considered or if there are insurance options out there (US) intended for plastic surgery specifically?

Ideally there’d be some kind of key term I could use such as “complication insurance” or “complication contingency” to be able to get the right answer from a prospective surgeon. I realize the implants themselves have warranties, but what protections do I have?

Looking for some kind of “safety net” for if I went through with a BA/experiences from others.

Do I need an upper bleph or brow lift?

My upper eyelid feels extremely heavy. It does block my vision a bit tbh. I am 21 female.

For reference, the last 5 photos are from when I was 18 and granted i am wearing a lot of eye makeup in those, I still feel a big difference. Plus my screen time has been crazy (all because of my desk job and college). I do rub my eyes a lot, and my sleep schedule is rather erratic since I do most of my college work at night.

I know it’s super early to be considering surgery but I want to mention I don’t mind any of the easily fixable issues like dark circles and pigmentation. I don’t mind the tear trough either, what I do mind is that my upper eyelid feels extremely heavy. And I have to raise my eyebrows a lot which gives me a headache. I don’t think I am “aging” yet, the rest of my face is fine but it feels like my upper eyelids just don’t have the strength that they used to.

Maybe this is just my natural hooded eyes anatomy clicking in with age, but I have been super worried for a while now because even in the 3rd and 4th pictures, I am putting effort to keep my eyes more open than it naturally is (that is not my neutral gaze except in the first and second picture)

I have also noticed that my eyes have sunk in a lot (ik the screens have to do with that), do yall know if this will get fixed if I reduce my screen time (not that I can, my boss won’t let me :/

Do I need a septoplasty?

I just actually had double jaw surgery, and I had it because I’ve been a mouth breather for 18 years due to my nose being blocked. I hoped the DJS would fix the issues, and it did actually help a lot, but I am now experiencing my nostrils collapsing in when i didn’t really see this before. I have a deviated septum and my nose is apparently really inflamed and blocked inside (I saw an ent prior to my surgery). But I still can only really breath though one nostril at night.

Pic #1 is when I breath in pic #2 is at rest.

Looking for good revision rhinoplasty surgeons in Turkey

I'm looking for a good revision rhinoplasty surgeons in Turkey, I am from the US. I had my primary in 2019 that left my nose wide, crooked with a bulbous drooping tip. I have my surgery booked with Dr. Muhammet Dilber for this year but the more I am doing research the more I think he might not be the best fit for me and what I am looking for, I have a longer nose and my biggest fear is having a long sloped nose that looks fake. I'm thinking of coming with a print out of what exactly I want so I can make it easier for him instead of telling him to do what he thinks will look best. Has anyone went to him? If so, could you share your experience? Thank you!!!

HELP. 27F here with an old surgery scar on right cheek

Thumbnail gallery
1 Upvotes

Hello all, so basically I’ve had this scar since surgery at 13 to remove what was diagnosed as a keloid. As a kid with oral fixation I used to pick at this spot and by age 4 it turned into a big, black “keloid”, doctors said it was damaged tissue and blood vessels. When I turned 13, they did surgery to remove it. It was way bigger underneath than it looked outside. Was told that the scar would fade overtime but it hasn’t. I’m 27 now and it still makes me so insecure. Can anyone tell me what treatments exist for something like this?

Spoke to a surgeon!

I am listening to your guys advice! So initially I was going to get a nose job but people told me to do my jaw because that’s the biggest source of my imbalance! Didn’t even realize until I saw a difference with filler. I’m not getting jaw surgery, and the surgeon said I didn’t need it unless it was strictly for aesthetic purposes. The recovery is too much BUT I am getting a sliding genioplasty.

I also inquired about my mid face. He mentioned wanting to do BOTH fat graft and lower bleph but I can do one or the other, too. However he thinks both would look great.

Genio- 7.5 k
Bleph- 3.5k
Fat graft - 3k

Wondering if I really need both.
Which will be more sustainable long term?
I am curious on other people’s experiences of those procedures.
I know the fat graft has a likelihood of resorption.

This is me with a little filler in my chin. No other procedures or filler.

How your life changed after you got plastic surgery?

For anyone who has had plastic surgery how has your life changed since the surgery. Do people treat you better? Did you see people finding you more attractive?

EDIT: thank you for the comments. I wanted to go for surgeries years ago because I wanna be more attractive and I am not totally content on how I look. People tell me it's about confidence, that looks won't bring me more attraction and to get therapy. While I got therapy; i am still not happy on how few attraction I can make and the way I look. That's why I made this thread, and the comment confirmed what I thought.

Midface lift

Thumbnail gallery
0 Upvotes

Hey, 21M here. I’d consider myself to be lean and in decent shape, I’m 6’2 180lbs, but I’ve always felt like my under eyes are dragging my appearance down due to what I think is a heavy midface caused by low malar fat pads which are causing nasolabial folds (more prominent in the first photo) and hollow under eyes. I’m considering an endoscopic midface lift even tho that’s kinda rare for someone as young as me to get.

I did a consult with a plastic surgeon once about the midface lift but he told me it wouldn’t do anything and that I should get infraorbital rim implants and fat grafting. However, looking at my side profile, my orbital vector is at worst neutral so I don’t think infra rim implants are necessary

How to fix the Homer Simpson mouth ring?

This ring around my mouth drives me crazy. Don’t wanna do filler because I know it will migrate with all the movement. It’s not even really smile lines, it goes around my whole mouth. Orbiculus oris muscle I believe.

I have been thinking for a few years about getting tear trough/under eye fat transfer. For reference I’m wanting to look similar to 3rd photo.
\haven’t have procedure yet last photo is a filter\
I’ve had tear trough filler once 3 ml, and it didn’t really improve them much so I won’t be doing that again or recommending it.
Has anyone on here had a fat transfer procedure before? Doesn’t have to be under eyes just in general wanting to hear more patient experiences.

Sunken/hollow eye bags

Thumbnail gallery
22 Upvotes

I hve super sunken and hollow eyes, I have my whole life. Along with that comes the dark circles and eye bags. The eye bags are really starting to come on now. I cannot stand looking at them anymore, and cannot imagine what they will look like in just a few more years. My only problem is being afraid I will look more hollow than I am. I am hoping fat reposition with a skin pinch will help restore my confidence. I know my undereyes probably won’t be 100%, but any sort of improvement will help me. The photos are misleading bc you can’t really see the bag, but I do have one. Just wanted to show how hollow I am, I just have huge eye sockets unfortunately. Anyone else with sunken/deep set eyes have a lower bleph with fat repositioning and not look worse? I have a consult with Dr Vrcek in September, just would love to hear experience from others. I hate my deep set eyes so much. Included pics of me smiling so you could see how sunken,at rest to see how prominent and long th tear trough is, and the last one is me just barely pulling on the skin to show how the tear trough and darkness goes away. Ideally my end goal.

Smaller implant examples? (100-low 200cc range)

Hello! I was hoping to see some examples of small breast implants, as this is my goal. Last year I had a lift with implants that was disastrous, 285cc was way too big for my skin to handle on top of the lift and the t junctions never closed. I ended up in the hospital for a week with an infection and required explant at 6wpo in January. My surgeon offered to cover the cost of implants and surgery if I were to reimplant with him. I’m still debating, as now I’m more aware of what the risks could be, but I’d have much less risk going smaller (small and natural had always been my goal anyway with a smaller frame of 5’2 105 lb). My follow up is in September so I’m prepping to start making more of a decision and I’d love to see people who opted for small implants in the 100-low 200cc range. Drop ya pics :))) ty
