I remember last year my wristband arrived in super early July and this year is a different story and it seems the same for most of you all based on the last few posts on here…I just contacted front gate yesterday and now they are magically shipping them now/on their way lol. Mind you I only live 1 hr away from SF so I am super surprised it took this long especially considering the concert is like two weeks away. Hopefully everyone gets updates as well

Hello! Dude from SJ here, wondering what is everyone’s plan to get to and from the venue from this side of the bay? I’m weighing my options and just want to see what the general populace suggests 🙂‍↕️

Curious what people going to a night show straight from the festival have done with their backpacks and hydration packs.

Are the venues cool with those types of bags at the show? Or should I plan to take my stuff back before going to the night show? Ik you can leave stuff in the lockers, but I wanted to keep my bag to pack next day supplies in it. Going to The Independent, if that matters.

Still haven’t received wristband or even a notification that it’s shipped. I can no longer attend and it sold on stubhub within 2 hours of listing. Stressing out a bit

Put together some guesses on set times! Learned a couple things after posting my first guess so I refined it and now hopefully v2 makes more sense.

UPS lost my wristband delivery to me, and I already sold them on Stubhub. I contacted Frontgate and they won’t deactivate and send me replacements, they’ll only switch them to will call. Stubhub won’t allow will call and if I cancel the sale I’ll end up paying for this twice. UPS also will only refund Frontgate and Frontgate won’t send me the money they get from UPS.

Has anyone dealt with something similar to this before, at any festival? The biggest holdup is that Stubhub won’t just change it to will call - actually no one will budge on anything. Super frustrating to potentially pay double for something I can’t even attend. Any tips greatly appreciated!

This will be my first Outsidelands festival and I was supposed to go with my (now ex) boyfriend and his group but that obviously didn’t work out so I decided I’m still going to go because that lineup is too good for me to miss out on. I tried to convince some of my friends to go but since the prices skyrocketed, they all declined. I’m really nervous about going alone since I’ve never been to a concert or any festival alone and I’ll be going all 3 days. I did book a hotel and got my shuttle. I hope I make some friends but if not I’ll try to have a good time solo. Any advice would be be much appreciated 🫶🏼

I’ve listed my Sunday wristband for face value on the official resale site but my listing never shows up! I keep seeing all the other same-day listings for well over $100 more.

Customer service won’t even help me. At this point I think they are prioritizing the higher listings so they can make more money.

I don’t want to risk doing the transaction in person because of how sketchy people are.

What foods are you most excited to try? What are some must try’s?

Until this week the fest has seemed far enough away that it hasn’t impacted my work motivation.

That changed as of today though 😂 With only two full work weeks until OSL week, about the only thing I want to do is listen to music.

Hopefully OSL coordinators will be nice and drop the schedule more than a few days beforehand, but won’t get my hopes up lol.

Guess I’ll just sit here impatiently waiting.

Hello! My partner and I are traveling from east coast and staying in fisherman’s wharf for a week (Thursday to Thursday)! What is the best way to get to and from the festival? I guess I’m kind of worried about the public transportation after the festival ends. Also, any must do places to see or eat while we are visiting would be greatly appreciated! We plan on doing Alcatraz and taking a day to see Muir Woods as well. Can’t wait to see yall there !

Heyy yall first time post here, I'm a 23 year old woman going on saturday alone and i'm trying to find some people I could hangout/maybe meet up with! This is one of my first big festivals so i'm pretty excited.

I'm planning on seeing Malcolm Todd & Pink Panthress for sure, The Strokes, Aubrey Hobert, Snow Strippers... gotta get the most for my money. Anyway, besides that i'm a huge anime nerd & stoner so i'm sure we could find plenty to get along over.
