We are an active, high-energy live band seeking a guitarist who excels at clean, rhythmic, and hypnotic playing. We aren't looking for heavy rock solos or blues riffs—we need someone who loves interlocking melodic patterns, percussive fingerstyle grooves, and that warm, glassy vintage dance-band tone. Think bouncy, cyclical rhythms that make people dance from the first note.

Hi -- I am a guitar player with diverse styles (studied classical, love & play blues & rock and latin). I play acoustic and electric. Live in Oakland.

I am looking for a percussionist who can do latin and other styles. Big plus if you can also sing. It would be helpful if you can improvise and compose.

The goal is to start out with a bit of practice and play open mics together. Eventually, we expand our repertoire and play longer sets. I am not concerned with age, gender, etc. But you should be able to transport yourself and gear.

Is the stage visible from the ADA seats at The Fillmore? Will be in a cast post-surgery and unfortunately unable to stand. I’ve heard that the view from the ADA seats is horrible and would be bummed if I couldn’t see anything.

Would prefer a balcony seat, but I likely won’t be able to stand in line for hours to secure one as they go fast.

I’m driving up from Socal for the Forrest Frank concert at Oakland Arena tomorrow. The prices for LA we just crazy expensive. I have a GA Pit ticket and I’m planning on getting there pretty early so I can hopefully get close to the stage.
I’m going by myself and figured it'd be cool to meet some people to hang out with while waiting in line, worship together during the concert, or even grab food before doors open.
